Research On The Governance Path Of Rural Public Sports Service In China Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic plan for solving the "three rural issues" concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It has ushered in opportunities for the development of rural areas in China and pointed out the direction.As an important part of rural development,public sports services are related to the physical health and quality of life of rural residents.They play an important role in promoting the fitness of the whole nation and achieving the goal of strengthening the country.Therefore,this paper is based on the rural revitalization strategy.The governance path of rural public sports service is the research object.It mainly uses the literature data method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis to analyze the influencing factors and the dilemmas of rural public sports services in China.The development of services proposes a coordinated path of stakeholder governance to promote the sustainable development of rural sports in China,and thus better serve the rural revitalization strategy.Through the further research and analysis of rural public sports services in China under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Rural revitalization is an upgrade of building a new countryside.The government and the people have put forward higher requirements for rural construction,and have further improved the targets of revitalization and construction.At the same time,the development of rural public sports services has It contributes to the realization of the 20-word general goal of rural revitalization and demonstrates the important value of diversification in the context of rural revitalization strategy.(2)The development of rural public sports services in China is affected by many factors.The uneven distribution of urban and rural sports venues;the supply of rural sports funds is single;due to the relatively weak awareness of sports consumption and physical fitness of rural residents,the sports equipment is idle and damaged,and the number of rural social sports instructors is relatively scarce,leading to rural areas.Residents' satisfaction with the supply of sports facilities is not high,which has seriously hindered the development of rural sports in China.(3)In recent years,under the support of national policies,China's rural public sports services have significantly increased the number of sports facilities.However,in the context of the rural revitalization strategy,China's rural public sports still face some difficulties: the “bottom-up” needs of farmers.Poor expression,lack ofgovernment organization and management;due to the public welfare and non-profit of public sports services,the supply of the main body is limited,rural sports capital investment is limited;with the improvement of economic level,regional differences are significant,urban and rural development is uneven.(4)The rural revitalization strategy is not only the basic means to strengthen rural infrastructure,but also a strong support for improving the rural governance system and ensuring the peasants live and work in peace.In order to promote the sustainable development of rural public sports services,the theory of stakeholder is used to propose three common governance paths of government public governance,rural grassroots governance and villagers' democratic autonomy,and truly realize the governance system of government leadership,social coordination and public participation.Establish a social governance pattern of shared governance.
