Research On The Development Path Of Rural Sports In The New Era To Help Rural Revitalization

After the strategy of rural revitalization was put forward at the 19 th National Congress,the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" have a clear direction to solve,the extension of sports industry continues to expand,and the value of sports development in the new era has a new historical mission and responsibility.Therefore,rural sports in the new era plays an irreplaceable role in the process of rural revitalization.This paper takes Huangling County of Yan ’an,an old revolutionary base area,as a case study,and collects and collates data by means of literature,interview,field survey,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.Through the analysis of the data,to understand the development status of rural sports in Huangling County to help rural revitalization,and targeted combined with the survey data,put forward solutions,for the new era of rural sports to help rural revitalization of the practical development of a solid foundation.From another point of view,the rural revitalization strategy also provides opportunities for the development of rural sports to help the economic development of agricultural areas,and to a certain extent provides good external conditions.The results are as follows:(1)Huangling County,with its unique tourism culture and sound basic conditions,and with the strong support of the state and local governments,has achieved initial results in the reform of promoting rural revitalization: First,sports can promote the development of rural industries,create a new countryside with "momentum",give full play to the role of sports development in driving the development of characteristic agriculture and sales of agricultural products,and gradually create a new trend of the integrated development of culture,agriculture,tourism and sports;Second,sports events help the construction and development of rural brand.Mountain biking and outdoor cross-country events are held to enhance the visibility of Huangling County and achieve regional brands.Third,improve the infrastructure,facilitate the rural revitalization of facilities,promote the infrastructure construction of the county through the development of sports,and provide a solid guarantee for residents to participate in sports;The fourth is to promote the combination of moral and intellectual support,to help rural revitalization,through the holding of sports activities to increase the number of employment,promote the increase of residents’ income.(2)Huangling County has achieved certain results in the process of promoting the development of sports,which has been recognized by local farmers and the society.However,in the field investigation,it is found that Huangling County has many problems such as single development mode and marketing mode of sports industry resources,insufficient content innovation,weak infrastructure and low utilization rate,weak awareness of farmers’ participation,weak sports cognition level,talent team construction mechanism,lack of characteristics of rural sports development,and weak cultural atmosphere.This is also an important issue that needs to be addressed in the future.(3)Through the systematic analysis of the initial results and practical difficulties of rural sports in Huangling County,and some areas with good rural sports development were investigated.According to the actual situation and geographical conditions of rural Huangling County,Yan ’an City,Shaanxi Province,the strategy selection of rural sports in the new era to help rural revitalization was put forward: From a strategically advantageous position,it pays attention to top-level design,multi-party alms-seeking,expansion of funds investment and interest sharing,and strives to build and share,develop and cultivate excellent sports industry,form joint forces,promote industrial integration,focus on the people,and ensure mass participation.
