The Characteristics Of Message Transmission Between Table Tennis Coaches And Players In Training Matches A Study Of Messaging Characteristics

With the development of the times and the progress of science,the information transfer between table tennis coaches and players has ushered in opportunities and challenges.Coaches and players need to have a deeper understanding of the information transfer process and information transfer characteristics between them in order to take advantage of the opportunities and not be afraid of the challenges.This study combines the training and competition practices of table tennis coaches and athletes on the basis of information transfer theory,takes the information transfer characteristics of table tennis coaches and athletes in training and competition as the research object,uses the literature method to read and organize the relevant literature,and establishes the research framework while learning the research method;uses the interview method,takes table tennis coaches and athletes as the interviewees,and collects the information transfer characteristics of table tennis coaches and athletes in daily training and competition.The interview method was used to collect textual information on the information transfer process of table tennis coaches and players in daily training and competition;the field observation method was used to observe and record the training and competition process of table tennis coaches and players to supplement the interview text;based on the rooting theory,the data obtained from the interview text and field observation were coded and analyzed with the help of qualitative research software to initially establish a theory on the information transfer characteristics of table tennis coaches and players The Likert scale of information transfer characteristics of table tennis coaches and athletes was established by questionnaire,distributed and collected from coaches and athletes;the data collected from the questionnaires on information transfer characteristics of table tennis coaches and athletes in training and competition were analyzed by mathematical and statistical methods with the help of SPSS analysis software to test the reliability,differentiation,correlation and exploratory factor analysis of the scale.The reliability and validity of the developed scale.The findings of the study were as follows.1)The indicators of information transfer between table tennis coaches and players in training matches contain 6 dimensions and 39 information transfer characteristics,among which information transfer cognition includes seeking approval,exchanging ideas,adjusting the mentality,etc;information transfer timing includes falling behind in score,being caught up in the lead,not getting the expected effect,etc;information transfer medium includes language,action demonstration,gestures,etc;information transfer content includes exchanging experience,maintaining confidence,key ball play,etc;information transfer reception processing includes repeating information,answering questions,observing action to judge the degree of understanding,etc;information transfer basis includes repeating information,role positioning,forming tacit understanding,etc.The content of the message contains the exchange of experience,maintenance of confidence,key ball play,etc;the reception and processing of the message contains the repetition of information,answering questions,observing the action to judge the degree of understanding,etc;the basis of the message contains the repetition of communication,role positioning,formation of tacit understanding,etc.2)The Table Tennis Coaches and Players Information Transfer Characteristics Scale in Training Matches compiled in this study has 6 dimensions and 44 questions on information transfer perception,information transfer timing,information transfer medium,information transfer content,information transfer reception and processing,and information transfer basis.3)A four-quadrant model of information transfer characteristics theory for table tennis coaches and players was established,which contains four quadrants and six dimensions of information transfer perception,information transfer foundation,information transfer content,information transfer reception processing,information transfer timing and information transfer medium.
