In recent years,with the development of social economy,the national living standard and economic income have continuously improved,and people’s material needs have been met.At the same time,people have begun to pay attention to physical health and actively participate in physical exercise.Sports training institutions have also entered everyone’s vision.Due to its own characteristics of physical fitness,relaxation,decompression,self-defense,and so on,combat sports are deeply loved by the public.As the capital city of Sichuan Province,Chengdu’s urban development level determines the market environment and development prospects of sports training institutions.A large number of fight clubs have been established in Chengdu,setting off a wave of learning fight sports.At the end of 2019,the global COVID-19 broke out,and the development of fight training institutions was severely hit.Many fight clubs even closed down.In the post epidemic era,everything is in the process of recovery and development.While developing,Chengdu Fight Club is also facing enormous challenges,and some problems and shortcomings have gradually emerged during the operation process.However,there are few relevant studies on the operation of fight clubs in the post epidemic era.Therefore,this article selects 10 representative and influential fight clubs in Chengdu,and takes the operational status of the 10 clubs as the research object.It uses literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,field survey,and SWOT analysis to conduct the research.Analyze and discuss the current situation of the operation of Chengdu Fight Club in the post epidemic era,identify the problems in the operation and management process,and propose corresponding countermeasures.The purpose is to improve the operation level of Chengdu Fight Club,promote the healthy development of the fight training industry,and provide theoretical reference for the operation of sports training institutions in the post epidemic era.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of combat club operations in Chengdu in the post epidemic era,this study draws the following conclusions:1.Under the impact of the COVID-19,the development of fight clubs in Chengdu has been greatly affected.The location of clubs is concentrated in schools,business districts,bazaars,communities,office buildings,and other areas with large self flow;The training environment is generally good,with some clubs not providing member rest areas and showers,resulting in poor hygiene;The utilization rate of the site is low,and the vacant time is not effectively utilized,resulting in a waste of resources;Hardware facilities have not been updated and supplemented in a timely manner,and there are potential safety hazards.2.Chengdu Fight Club students are mainly young children and children;The COVID-19 led to more suspension of classes and training,which reduced the viscosity of students;The gender ratio of students is unbalanced,the female market is not fully developed,and relevant courses are not provided for female students.3.Chengdu Fight Club coaches have uneven abilities and lack of highly educated talents;There is a lack of systematic recruitment and induction processes,and a reasonable promotion and compensation system has not been established.It is difficult to attract and retain outstanding teaching talents,and coaches have a high turnover.4.In the post epidemic era,the curriculum programs offered by Chengdu Fight Club have shown a trend of compounding.The curriculum combines primary and secondary school physical education examination programs,while carrying out various characteristic courses.Some clubs do not have a grading system,and there are problems such as unreasonable arrangement of curriculum content,lack of externalization of teaching results,insufficient cultural atmosphere in the curriculum,and confusion in class scheduling.5.In the post epidemic era,the market promotion effect of Chengdu Fight Club is not good.Recruitment is mainly based on traditional promotion and member referral,lacking modern marketing methods,training of employee recruitment skills,insufficient emphasis on experience courses,and low conversion rate.
