| General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Commendation Conference for the Fight against the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic that "cultural self-confidence is the most basic,deepest and most enduring force in the development of a country and a nation." It is significant for college students,as the backbone of promoting national development and national rejuvenation,to establish and strengthen their cultural self-confidence.During the epidemic prevention and control period,college students actively participated in the struggle against the epidemic,showing profound patriotic feelings,collective consciousness of solidarity and selfless dedication,and displaying a strong sense of national identity and cultural self-confidence.In the post-epidemic era,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the cultivation of cultural self-confidence among college students.Based on the post-epidemic era,this study conducts an in-depth research on the theory and practice of cultivating cultural self-confidence among college students.Specifically,firstly,it discusses the basis and significance of the topic of this study,sorts out and analyzes the existing academic achievements of scholars at home and abroad,and also elaborates the main contents,research methods and innovations of this study.Secondly,the basic connotation of the post-epidemic era,cultural confidence and college students’ cultural confidence is explained,the theoretical basis of cultivating college students’ cultural confidence in the post-epidemic era is clarified,and the importance and necessity of cultivating college students’ cultural confidence in the post-epidemic era is discussed in detail from multiple dimensions.Once again,the current situation of cultivating cultural self-confidence of college students in the post-epidemic era is analyzed by combining the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method.The survey results show that the great practice of fighting the epidemic brings new opportunities for cultivating the cultural self-confidence of college students in the post-epidemic era,which are: the spirit of fighting the epidemic strengthens the sense of responsibility of college students,the successful experience of fighting the epidemic enhances the patriotic belief of college students,the volunteer practice highlights the dedication of college students and the online thinking platform enhances the cultural identity of college students.At the same time,it is found that the cultivation of college students’ cultural self-confidence faces some challenges,such as the impact of foreign culture on the effectiveness of cultivating college students’ cultural self-confidence,the weakening of the cultivation of cultural self-confidence of college students due to the weakening of the joint effort of educating people,and the difficulty of cultivating college students’ cultural self-confidence due to the insufficient motivation of students.Then,from the three levels of the connotation of cultural self-confidence,the main contents of cultivating college students’ cultural self-confidence in the post-epidemic era are explained,namely,cultivating college students’ self-confidence in Chinese excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture.Finally,the cultivation path of college students’ cultural self-confidence in the post-epidemic era is discussed from the perspectives of the state,schools,families and individuals,namely,to give play to the guiding role of the state in cultivating college students’ cultural self-confidence,to enhance the main channel role of colleges and universities in cultivating college students’ cultural self-confidence,to consolidate the basic role of families in cultivating college students’ cultural self-confidence and to strengthen the main role of college students’ cultural self-confidence cultivation in order to enhance college students’ The purpose is to enhance the cultural self-confidence of college students.Cultivating the cultural self-confidence of college students is an inevitable requirement for improving the national cultural soft power,a realistic need for enhancing national cohesion,and an inherent need for promoting the overall development of college students.Therefore,in the post-epidemic era,educators should make good use of excellent spiritual and cultural resources,tell the Chinese story and promote the Chinese spirit,help college students establish a sense of identity and self-confidence in socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,and motivate them to actively promote the spirit of devotion and patriotism,consciously take up their responsibilities to the country,society and family,and enhance and practice cultural self-confidence in serving the people and contributing to society. |
