| Rowing as an event dominated by physical fitness,strength quality level is certainly an important factor affecting special achievements,the development of boat racing in our country is affected by strength training to some extent.This paper analyzes the influence of pyramid training and fixed strength training on dynamometer performance and strength quality index,and examines the relationship between dynamometer performance and strength quality index through the experimental intervention of the strength training of Tianjin rowing team athletes.It lays a foundation for Tianjin rowing team to improve its sports performance.This paper mainly uses literature data method,expert interview method,experiment method,test method,mathematical statistics method.Twelve rowers from Tianjin Rowing Team were selected as experimental subjects to conduct intervention training in squat,bench press and bench pull.The load measurement of pyramid training group was as follows: 80%1RM*4 times *1 group,85%1RM*3 times *2 groups,90%1RM*2 times*3 groups,95%1RM*1 time *4 groups,95%1RM*1 time *4 groups,90%1RM*2 times*3,85%1RM*3 times *2 groups,80%1RM*4 times *1 group,The load measurement of the fixed intensity training group was 70%1RM*10 times *5 groups.After 8 weeks of experiment,dynamometer scores and strength quality indexes were tested.Finally,SPSS27.0 statistical software was used to analyze data before and after the experiment.The results of the study are as follows:(1)After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,the pyramid training group and the fixed intensity training group achieved a 2km dynamometer performance: the pyramid training group had a decrease of 10.37 ± 0.43 seconds in total time,with a change of2.53%,showing a highly significant difference(p<0.01).The fixed intensity training group had a decrease of 8.39 ± 1.42 seconds in total time,with a change of 2.08%,showing a significant difference(p<0.05);Dynamometer 5000 m test: The total time of the pyramid training group decreased by 25.20 ± 12.04 seconds,with a change amplitude of 2.33%,showing a significant difference(p<0.05);The total duration of the fixed intensity training group decreased by 19.17 ± 1.07 seconds,with a variation amplitude of1.81%,showing a significant difference(p<0.05).(2)The maximum strength index and strength endurance index after the experiment were paired with the pre-experiment sample T test,and the results showed that the maximum strength and strength endurance indicators of both groups of training were significantly improved.But in terms of growth,pyramid training is more effective.(3)On the correlation test of maximum strength and strength endurance index through the Pearson correlation test,it is found that the pyramid and the maximum strength of the fixed intensity group are highly correlated,and the correlation coefficient is negative,which means that the higher the strength index,the less time the dynamometer spends,and the better the results;The strength and endurance indexes of fixed strength group were significantly correlated with the results of 2km and 5km of dynamometer,and 60% 1RM of 2min bench press in pyramid training group were significantly negatively correlated with the results of 2km dynamometer and 5km of dynamometer(p=0.001,r=-0.971;p=0.004,r=-0.948),and 60% 1RM of 2min lying pull was significantly negatively correlated with the results of 2km dynamometer and 5km of dynamometer(p=0.023,r=-0.874;p= 0.039,r=-0.834)。The following conclusions are concluded:(1)Pyramid training and fixed intensity training have significant improvement on the dynamometer 2km and 5km performance of rowers.There is little difference between the two groups of training on the dynamometer performance,but from the growth range,pyramid training effect is better.(2)Pyramid training improved the strength quality index of rowers better than fixed strength training,and showed outstanding performance in maximum strength and strength endurance index,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.(3)Through the correlation analysis between the ergometer results and the strength quality indicators of the pyramid training group and the fixed-intensity training group,the results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the ergometer2 km and 5km results and the maximum strength and strength endurance indicators.Rowing athletes can improve ergometer performance by improving maximum strength and strength endurance. |
