| The purpose of this study is to get the best training method of improving the strength and explosive power of the lower limbs by comparing the effects of training and intervention on the strength and strength of the lower limbs through the training method of pyramid and fixed strength training.Methods: 12 students with training experience in Beijing Sport University were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,Pyramid group and fixed strength group.They were trained for eight weeks,the first week and eighth weeks were the test weeks.The pyramid load measurement is 80% 1RM* 1 * 4 times group,85% 1RM * 3 * 2 group,90% 1RM * 2 * 3 group,95% 1 * 1 * 4 groups;Measure of fixed strength training 1RM squat test was carried out.According to the test results,the workload of the intervention training was adjusted,and then the intervention training was continued for the next three weeks.Finally,after the end of the six weeks of intervention training to complete the test before the experiment,the test results of the two groups are integrated,analyzed,compared and tested.Results: Results show that the pyramid and fixed strength training exercise group in the intervention group after the training test scores in addition to the thigh circumference degree of this measure,increase;Specific for: longitudinal jump to touch high test in situ,pyramid group increased by 3.67 + /-1.03 m,the growth rate of 5.8%,(P < 0.01),fixed strength group increased by 4.83 + /-0.98 m,the growth rate of 7.5%,(P < 0.05);20 metres sprint to run test,pyramid group increased by 0.12 + /-0.06 s,the growth rate of 4%,(P < 0.05),fixed strength group increased by 0.09 + /-0.3 s,the growth rate of 3%,(P < 0.05);Squat jump(CMJ)stretching in maximum power,pyramid group increased by 3.45 + /-1.17 w/kg,the growth rate of 13%,(P < 0.05);Fixed strength group increased by 3.95 + /-1.5 w/kg rate 14%,(P < 0.05);Posture and muscle,largest pyramid group increased by 48.72 + /-39.38 N,the growth rate of 16%,(P < 0.05),fixed strength group increased by 36.15 + /-30.22 N,the growth rate of 11%,(P < 0.05);1 rm barbell squat test,pyramid group increased by 19.17 + /-5.6 kg,the growth rate of 13%,(P < 0.05),fixed strength group increased by 16.33 + /-3.67 kg,the growth rate of 11%,(P < 0.05);Conclusion: Pyramid training method and fixed strength training method has a remarkable influence on the maximum strength and explosive growth,in terms of the simple increase on the biggest strength training,pyramid training method is better than fixed strength training method;In terms of the time benefits,fixed strength training method can be selected. |
