Objectives:With the progress of science and technology, the development level of physical fitness training directly affects the presentation of sports ability.Strength plays a crucial role in improving physical fitness and enhancing training levels, and the development of other physical fitness depends on the level of muscle strength. As the broadest group of college students participating in sports, frequent participation in sports among physical education majors increases the demand for muscle strength.Based on existing research, this article selects traditional resistance training with end release training and barbell resistance training for comparative training experiments. It organizes and analyzes the changes in strength test indicators before and after intervention in two groups, explores the impact of end release training and traditional resistance training on lower limb muscle strength of male college students majoring in sports, and specifically analyzes the effects of two training methods on lower limb muscle circumference, maximum strength The impact and differences of various indicators of explosive power and strength endurance. Methods:This study recruited 24 male college students from Tianjin Institute of Physical Education, who are 19-21 years old, whose BMI(kg/m~2)index is within the normal value(20-25%),and who have long adhered to physical exercise(at least 2.5-5h of moderate intensity aerobic exercise or 1.25-2.5h of intense aerobic activity per week, and 2 days or more of muscle strengthening exercise per week)and have strength training basis.According to the pre-test data, the patients were divided into the experimental group(Ballistic Training group)and the control group(traditional Resistance Training group)for 8 weeks of exercise intervention. The intervention program consists of deep squat, high pull, rocket push, continuous semi-squat jump and weight-bearing heel lifting.During the intervention, the experimental group used traditional barbell for deep squat exercise, and the rest of the training were performed using the Cormax Ballistic Training frame; The control group used traditional barbells throughout the whole process. Before and after the experiment, the thigh circumference, calf circumference,1RM deep neck squat,1RM high pull, standing long jump and isokinetic muscle strength of the subjects were tested.SPSS24.0 was used to statistically process the data, and the data was expressed by mean value and standard deviation((?)±S).The pretest data of the subjects were described and statistically analyzed, and the test data between the two groups before the experiment were tested by independent sample T test to check whether the difference between the two groups was significant. After the experiment, the paired sample T test was performed on the test data of the two groups before and after the test to check whether there were differences between the two groups before and after the test.P≤0.01 has a very significant difference,P≤0.05 has a significant difference, and P>0.05 has no significant difference. Results:Through the comparison and analysis of the data before and after the experiment,it is concluded that the Ballistic Training and traditional Resistance Training have significantly improved the muscle hypertrophy index and maximum strength index of the subjects in different degrees. The Ballistic Training group significantly improved the thigh circumference,1RM neck deep squat,1RM high pull, standing long jump,60°/s relative peak torque,180°/s relative peak torque, and the endurance ratio of left and right extensor muscles; There was no significant improvement in calf circumference and endurance ratio of left and right flexors. The traditional resistance training group significantly improved the thigh circumference,1RM neck squat,1RM high pull,60°/s relative peak torque,180°/s relative peak torque, and 180°/s endurance ratio of the subjects; It has no significant effect on the standing long jump.Conclusion:1.The 8-week end Ballistic Training and traditional Resistance Training significantly improved the muscle circumference and maximum strength level of male sports majors.2.The end Ballistic Training of the experimental group has the most significant effect on the explosive strength of the lower limbs of male students majoring in sports, with a very significant difference. In addition,it also has a significant impact on the growth of the maximum strength and strength endurance of the lower limbs.3.The traditional Resistance Training method in the control group significantly improved maximum strength and strength endurance, but compared to the experimental group, the improvement in maximum strength was smaller, and there was no significant difference between the two training methods. In terms of explosive power,it has a promoting effect on the maximum explosive power output of 1RM high jumpers, but has no impact on the standing long jump performance.
