The college entrance examination for physical education is the only opportunity for many students to progress to higher education.Students have worked hard and difficult pre-examination training to enter the ideal university.However,due to a series of problems in the training system,students have not worked hard to achieve effective performance growth.In order to improve the training status of the PE college entrance examination,scholars have tried to promote the growth of physical fitness and special performance by introducing various new training methods,but practical research has found that it has a poor effect on promoting specific performance.To this end,this study compares and analyzes the effects of different strength training methods on specific performance.At present,resistance training is a commonly used method in the strength training of sports college entrance examination candidates,which is a long-term training method.The principle is that strength training is conducted by resisting resistance.The effect of developing the maximum strength of the practitioner is better,but the effect of explosive power is biased.The rapid expansion and compound training originated from the physical fitness training of track and field athletes,which can effectively improve the explosiveness,agility and special qualities of the practitioners,and help young athletes to develop the correct action mode and reduce sports injuries.Compound training is a training mode derived from the rapid expansion and compound training.The combination of heavy load resistance training and rapid expansion and compound training can effectively develop absolute power while developing explosive power.Therefore,this paper selects the rapid expansion and compound training and compound training as the experimental group intervention program,and resistance resistance training as the control group training program.It analyzes the difference in the impact of three different strength trainings on the special performance of sports college entrance examination candidates.The best training plan for special results provides a theoretical basis for physical fitness training for college entrance examination candidates.The main research methods of this paper are literature method,experiment method,test method and mathematical statistics method.Taking the impact of the rapid expansion and compound training on the performance of the PE college entrance examination candidates as the research object,45 physical education college candidates were selected as the experimental objects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group I fast expansion compound training group,the experimental II group composite training group and resistance training After eight weeks of intervention training,the control group,the experimental group and the control group respectively tested the contents of their physical education examinations,and conducted statistics and analysis on the test results,and reached the following conclusions:1.After eight weeks of experimental intervention,the four scores of the experimental group and the control group have significantly improved,indicating that the eight weeks of systematic training can significantly improve the four scores of sports college entrance examination candidates.2.After the experiment,there was a significant difference in the 100-meter performance between the experimental group II and the experimental group I and the control group,and there was no significant difference between the experimental group I and the control group,which indicates that the compound training is compared with the rapid expansion compound training and resistance training.The effect of improving the 100-meter results of sports college entrance examination is better.3.After the experiment,there was a significant difference in the performance of standing triple jump between the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group showed that the experimental group II using the composite training method had better training results,which showed that both the rapid expansion compound training and the compound training were more resistant to resistance.The training has a better effect on improving the performance of the three-level long jump of sports college entrance examination candidates.4.The three training schemes had no significant difference in improving the in-situ shot throw and the 800-meter performance,but the resistance training had no effect on the in-situ throw.The increase in shot put and 800 meters results is slightly better than that of compound training and rapid telescopic compound training.5.Among the three training schemes,the compound training mode with rapid expansion compound training combined with resistance training is more conducive to improving the performance of sports college entrance examination candidates than the other two training modes.
