Objective:Humans into old age,influenced by the body's aging nature,function of the body various aspects will be evident in the process of recession decline in physiological function,skeletal muscle wasting is most obvious,therefore,after into old age,the elderly need to be pay attention to in their lower limbs strength of ascension,delay aging by means of the implementation of gadgets for 8 weeks,resistance training and fixation devices for the contrast experiment,and the lower limb strength intervention effectiveness indexes before and after the experiment test,to explore the gadgets of resistance training on the elderly intervention effect of lower limb strength,enhancement of lower limb strength at the same time provide empirical reference for development of the elderly.Methods:This study gadgets resistance training and fixation devices for the contrast experiment training two kinds of training ways,selection of chuzhou 24 61 ~ 65-year-old male elderly as experimental object,the subjects were randomly divided into two groups,two groups of subjects before the experiment of measuring body composition,and lower limb muscle strength had no significant difference by gadgets resistance training group and fixed consistent exercise training group of subjects,for eight weeks of training,relatively lower limb strength index of the two groups before and after the experiment,the analysis of small equipment exercise intervention effect of resistance training.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of training,there was a significant difference in the muscle content of lower limbs in the fixation group(P < 0.01);There were significant differences in resistance training of small devices(P<0.05);At the same time,the body fat content in the resistance training group before the experiment decreased significantly,and the BMI was significantly different from that before the exercise(P<0.01).(2)After 8 weeks of training,the test results of resistance training of small apparatus and fixed apparatus were significantly improved in 30 s seat standing test,standing walking timing test,standing heel raising test.Compared with the pretest,the fixed apparatus training showed significant differences(P<0.05),There are significantdifferences in resistance training of small devices(P<0.01).(3)After 8 weeks of training,the resistance training group of small devices obtained very obvious growth effect in the experimental test of 6min walking,with a significant difference compared with before the experiment(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both the small device resistance training and the fixed device training in the control group were able to improve the lower limb muscle content in the elderly.(2)Resistance training with small devices can not only improve the lower limb muscle content of subjects,but also effectively reduce WHR and BMI,which has a good effect on reducing fat content in elderly obese people.(3)Both the resistance training with small apparatus and fixed apparatus can improve the lower limb muscle strength of the elderly men,and the effect of resistance training with small apparatus is better than that with fixed apparatus.(4)Resistance training with small devices can improve the strength and endurance of the lower limb flexor muscle group of the elderly.(5)Resistance training with small devices can help improve the rapid response ability of the elderly from sitting to standing posture,as well as the elderly's walking mobility and body coordination and control ability.(6)Resistance training with small devices can help subjects improve strength and endurance of lower limb muscles.
