| Since the reform and opening up in China, with the gradual improvement of urbanization, household registration system, and other aspects, population mobility between urban and rural areas has become increasingly frequent, and the scale of floating population has been expanding.Economic and social aspects have also undergone significant changes. The flow of population has played an important role in promoting urbanization, social progress, and economic growth. But we also need to see that the large number of floating population and high mobility rate in our country are due to the fact that most of them often change jobs and housing. To a certain extent,it has brought a significant impact on the medical treatment, employment, and education of migrant populations. Therefore,it is necessary to sort out the current situation and characteristics of the floating population, grasp its influencing factors and trends, and formulate corresponding policies and systems in order to effectively manage the floating population. This article uses data from two population censuses in 2010 and 2020,combined with relevant economic statistical yearbooks, geographic information system(GIS)spatial statistical methods and spatial econometrics methods, combined with the economic development situation of various regions,to study the population flow situation in various regions of China from the perspective of counties, and to study the labor flow situation in each region. This research will offer a more profound comprehension of the mobility habits of inhabitants in multiple cities, and supply a scientific foundation for their daily life, job, and other facets of labor, which has significant practical implications.Research has found that:(1)the migration pattern of the population exhibits good stability, and there are significant differences in population growth rates among different regions.(2)In China, the influx of population from across provinces is mainly concentrated in urban clusters along the eastern coast, while it is scattered across the country in various provincial capitals.(3)This floating population has a regional distribution correlation and strong regional clustering characteristics.(4)The multi-center gathering pattern in the Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta, and Beijing Tianjin Hebei has shifted to the mainland.(5)The impact on the floating population is not only related to salary levels and regional employability, but also to the number of enterprises and their level of education. The influence of social, economic, and other forces on the floating population is diverse between regions, thus necessitating a comprehensive comprehension of the role of population migration in regional progress. To ensure this,it is essential to encourage the reasonable relocation of urban and rural inhabitants, enhance their essential public services, and ensure the most suitable distribution of mobile population. |
