Development of Adolescents"(hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"),which clearly pointed out the overall goal of comprehensively improving the physical health of young people.The latest data on youth physique released by the National Statistical Yearbook in 2021 shows that the current state of youth physique in my country is not optimistic,and youth physique health problems are prominent.At present,school education in our country is mostly guided by the results of the college entrance examination,which is full of the bad atmosphere of "emphasizing intellectual education and neglecting physical education".How to achieve the goal of sunshine sports and how to improve the physical health of young people has become the primary task of the national sports development strategy.Taekwondo,which lasted for more than 30 years,has developed into a standing event for the Olympic Games.The technical system of Taekwondo is simple and practical,and the judging standards are simple and easy to understand;the competition is exciting and intense,and it is highly ornamental.and worldview.Through the research on the development status of the youth taekwondo movement in Xiangtan City,the existing problems are explored,and the development path to solve the youth taekwondo movement in Xiangtan City is proposed.This research uses the method of literature,questionnaire survey,SWOT analysis and other research methods to study and analyze the development status and development constraints of youth Taekwondo in Xiangtan City,aiming to find an effective path for the development of youth Taekwondo in Xiangtan City.Taking the development path of youth taekwondo in Xiangtan City as the research object,the students in the schools,taekwondo training bases and taekwondo training institutions with taekwondo programs in the five counties and urban areas of Xiangtan City who are engaged in taekwondo training,trainers who are engaged in taekwondo work and who are currently The parents of the students who have undergone taekwondo training are the subjects of investigation,to discuss the development status of the "integration of sports and education" youth taekwondo project in Xiangtan City,and to improve the development path of the youth taekwondo project in Xiangtan City.It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for cultivating intellectual and physical sports reserve talents with good cultural foundation and high level,and continuously promoting and improving Xiangtan youth taekwondo project.The results of the study show that the following problems exist in the youth taekwondo movement in Xiangtan City:(1)The students who receive Taekwondo training gradually become younger,and there is a large number of loss in junior high school and high school;the training base of students is large,but there is a lack of top players.The youth Taekwondo team has a good learning atmosphere in cultural classes,which to a certain extent reflects the imbalance between sports and education.(2)Taekwondo students in Xiangtan City tend to be market-oriented and socialized.Because the corresponding taekwondo students tend to be more inclined to off-campus training institutions,the proportion of the corresponding school and social teaching institutions is unbalanced.Corresponding taekwondo teaching activities have not been carried out in primary and secondary schools,and the setting of professional courses in colleges and universities is not inclined to taekwondo,and the way of taekwondo learning of college students is more club activities.However,the number of associations is small,the quality of teaching,and resource allocation cannot be guaranteed,and the mobility of associations is relatively large,which makes it impossible for colleges and universities to form a favorable Taekwondo training environment.(3)The team structure of Taekwondo coaches in Xiangtan City is young,the ratio of men and women is unbalanced,the teaching experience is insufficient,the special skills are weak,and the training opportunities are less;but the coaches have higher cultural quality,higher enthusiasm for training participation,and coaches improve their teaching ability.There are fewer ways and a positive work attitude.The salary and treatment of coaches in Xiangtan City is low,which cannot meet the needs of coaches for survival and development.(4)Parents generally have high cultural quality and can correctly understand the relationship between sports and education;children’s participation in taekwondo training is related to their cultural performance;the distribution of training time is unreasonable.Although they recognize the results of taekwondo training,they believe that taekwondo training is to a certain extent.Affecting their studies,resulting in the loss of many students in junior high school and high school promotion.(5)The Taekwondo market in Xiangtan City is jointly managed by the Bureau of Culture,Tourism,Sports,Sports and Sports and the Bureau of Education,but each has its own goals in their respective organizational systems,and the barriers between the two departments have not been broken;The industry market has not been developed in a standardized way;the leadership does not pay enough attention,the overall funds are insufficient,the student resources are short,although the venues can basically meet the daily needs,but the special training equipment is not complete enough,and the training cannot be refined;the single competition system hinders Xiangtan The improvement of the competitive level of Taekwondo among young people in the city.In view of the problems existing in the development of youth Taekwondo in Xiangtan City,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Continue to deepen the training model of the integration of sports and education,strengthen the training of youth sports quality,strengthen the awareness of youth sports,establish the goal of lifelong sports,and at the same time strengthen quality education.To maximize the training effect,actively organize students to participate in various competitions at all levels,so as to better promote the development of youth taekwondo.(2)Strengthen the training of special taekwondo training,update the theoretical knowledge of taekwondo in real time,and hold academic conferences to improve the special skills and scientific research ability of taekwondo trainers.Bring in retired professional athletes or professional coaches to strengthen the coaching staff.At the same time,establish close ties with colleges and universities,increase internship places,and introduce talents.In the daily work,establish a sound assessment system,set up a reward mechanism,and enhance the enthusiasm of the coaches.(3)Vigorously support counties and urban areas where the development of taekwondo for young people in Xiangtan City is relatively slow,improve the base of taekwondo training for young people,improve the taekwondo competition system,organize competitions with social forces,and increase the number of annual taekwondo competitions in Xiangtan City;improve the supervision and management of taekwondo training for young people in Xiangtan City mechanism to improve the quality of taekwondo training.(4)Government departments should strengthen macro-control of Taekwondo projects in Xiangtan City,provide financial support to outstanding athletes and coaches,and provide policy guidance in terms of medical and health care,fire safety,etc.Improve the popularity of Taekwondo for all age groups,and standardize and supervise the teaching content.(5)Schools should appropriately carry out corresponding taekwondo teaching activities,such as opening corresponding majors,allocating more resources,etc.,or providing more opportunities for school taekwondo clubs,transferring some professional teaching teachers,etc.At the same time,it can also use the power of the market and society to strengthen exchanges between school professional teams,school associations and the society,and organize corresponding competitions. |
