SWOT Analysis And Strategy Research On The Development Of Xi’an Taekwondo Club From The Perspective Of Sports Education Integration

Deepening the integration of sports and education is the key task of China’s education and sports departments in the new era.The participation of social forces is a major help to implement the policy of deepening the integration of sports and education in the new era.To develop the integration of sports and education,we should promote more social sports organizations to become a new front for the development of youth sports.Taekwondo is a key development and training project of the national sports industry.The skills and cultural spirit of Taekwondo are in line with the direction of social training of students.Under the background of the integration of sports and education,more and more teenagers choose Taekwondo as a sports sport.Taekwondo club,as a member of the social sports force in the decision-making and deployment of the integration of sports and education,should maximize its educational function and participate in the youth sports service.This study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,SWOT analysis,and field investigation to conduct relevant investigation and analysis with Xi’an Taekwondo Club in the perspective of sports and education integration as the object of investigation,clarify the relationship between internal and external factors of the club,and formulate corresponding countermeasures for the development of Xi’an Taekwondo Club in the perspective of sports and education integration according to the actual situation.Research conclusion:(1)The development advantages of Taekwondo Club in Xi’an from the perspective of sports and education integration: Taekwondo’s own advantages;Superior geographical location selection;The age,educational background,job nature and stability of Taekwondo coaches meet the professional requirements;Good feedback from parents and students;The venue facilities meet the needs of the event;The course activities are diverse and the educational atmosphere is strong.(2)The development disadvantages of Xi’an Taekwondo Club in the perspective of sports and education integration: the professionalism of administrators needs to be improved;Lack of high-level teachers and large demand for training;The structure of coaches and trainees is unbalanced;The comprehensive ability of the club needs to be improved;The marketing model needs to be adjusted;The number of competition arrangements is small,and the students’ awareness of competition is poor.(3)Development opportunities of Xi’an Taekwondo Club under the perspective of sports and education integration: national policy support;The formation of the concept of sports and civilization;The demand for sports consumption increased;School-enterprise integration promotes the integration of sports and education;The development of "Internet plus";The potential customer base is huge.(4)The development challenges of Xi’an Taekwondo Club from the perspective of sports and education integration: lack of awareness and relevant teaching materials;The restriction of other sports industries;The contradiction between learning and training has always existed;Taekwondo positioning is not accurate;There are differences in school-enterprise models and the degree of cooperation is low.Suggestion:(1)Actively introduce high-level management talents and train existing management personnel.(2)Set up high-level coaches and train excellent coaches.(3)The club should do a good job in enrollment publicity,build a reputation image,and actively develop multiple markets.(4)Clubs jointly hold and participate in various online and offline taekwondo events or performance exchanges.(5)The club exercises the function of social power inside and outside the school,establishes a good cooperative relationship with the school,and makes use of its own advantages to meet the needs of the campus.
