| This paper mainly uses literature data method,expert interview method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method.The VICON infrared motion capture system and NORAXON surface electromyography were used for synchronous measurement.After scoring by three national judges,the athletes who completed the deduction of points ≤ 0.1were classified into Group A(n=7),and those who completed the deduction of points > 0.1 were classified into Group B(n=7).The kinematic and surface EMG parameters of the two groups of Explosive High-V 1/2 Twist To Wensen difficulty movement were extracted.The original data were processed by the specialized computer and kineticstoolkit software,and the parameters were analyzed quantitatively combined with the biomechanical characteristics of sports.By comparing the differences between the two groups of subjects in the process of completing A159,the deficiencies in the movements of the subjects in group B were found,and the movement rules and technical characteristics of the perfect completion of the technical movements in group A were summarized.Through the analysis,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)To complete A159 with high specification and high quality,the difficulty requires that the high acute Angle support stage is controlled at 0.75± 0.12 s full power storage,the upturning stage is 0.37 ±0.09 s rapid push off the ground and the landing landing stage is 0.42±0.22 s,so as to form the Vinson attitude as quickly as possible.(2)There were significant differences in the Angle of left hip,right shoulder and right hip of athletes in group A and Group B during the rise stage of high acute Angle support.In the pull-up phase,the torso of group A is closer to the swing leg and the push leg and the support hand is closer to the torso,which helps to build strength for the next phase.In the push and extension stage,keep the knee joint Angle of push leg(12.29±16.02°)tightened,right ankle(-60.73±10.08°),right shoulder(-54.32±17.39°),swing leg and torso tightened,more conducive to the perfect completion of A159 difficulty movements.(3)In the extension stage of the upturn stage,there were significant differences between group A and group B in the Angle of left elbow joint,shoulder joint and right knee joint.Compared with group B,athletes in group A have full elbow Angle(168.92±3.84°)and shoulder Angle(left-57.20±-41.02°)in the stretching stage,so that the body has enough space to continue to send force forward and upward to prepare for the next stage of air.Under the condition that the knee Angle of both legs is(156.84±4.85°)straight and close,the full extension of the shoulder,elbow and hip joint is the main factor affecting the quality of the movement in the stretch stage.In the air rotation stage,the athletes of group A and B had significant differences in hip Angle and left knee joint Angle.The left hand was fixed far when the athletes rose,and with the hip extension(left 134.47±6.89°;Right 169.02±11.47°)at the same time as the rotation,the spatial position of the trunk changes,resulting in the left shoulder Angle on the frontal plane,and thus the left shoulder abduction amplitude increases.To better present this stage,it is necessary to stretch the shoulder Angle,expand the body and keep the knee and ankle straight Angle(162.78±4.21),and swing the leg slightly to match the Vinson trend.(4)In the landing stage of the Vinson landing stage,the hip Angle of group A and B athletes were significantly different.Hip maintenance(left 68.40±28.27°;Right 168.45±13.58 °),the arm and the leg to meet the ground,the swing leg should be timely to the same side of the triceps direction swing;In the Shimmersen stage,there were significant differences in the Angle of hip,elbow and right knee of group A athletes.In group A and Group B,the synchronism of the arms and the ground leg landing and the Vinson pose is very different,indicating that the synchronism of the arms and the ground leg landing and the Vinson pose is very important in this stage.The hip joint(left 36.87±16.75°;Right 167.26±10.35°),adequate elbow cushioning Angle(left 81.45±8.56°;Right 83.48±6.78°)and right knee Angle(162.78±4.21°)were more favorable to complete A159 difficulty perfectly.(5)In the stage of high V support,focus on the use of the left triceps,balanced use of the right rectus upper bundle,right triceps,right deltoid anterior bundle,left rectus upper bundle,right biceps.The force of swinging leg should be greater than that of pushing off leg.The better way is to push off leg after lifting hip first;In the ascending and turning stage,the left and right biceps and left deltoid muscles,left erector spinus and right latissimus dorsi muscles were used to coordinate the exertion,and the effect of the ascending and turning was better.During the Vinson landing stage,the left and right deltoids and biceps are fully contracted,while the right erector spinae and left rectus abdominis assist to control the trunk,achieving the cushiering effect and stabilizing the whole body to facilitate the stabilization of Vinson’s swinging legs.Maintain a steady and straight knee joint of swing leg and push leg to complete A159 difficulty perfectly. |
