Study On The Construction Of Service Quality Evaluation Index System Of Sports Training Institutions For Senior Middle School Entrance Examination

In recent years,the physical deterioration of middle school students has become increasingly prominent.In order to improve physical fitness of middle school students,educational departments and local governments at all levels have successively issued relevant policy papers trying to create a good policy environment.Putting sports score into total score of the middle school entrance examination has drawn parents' and society's attention.In order to improve the sports scores of students' middle school entrance examination,more and more students and parents begin to choose the sports training institutions to improve their exam scores.The policy-oriented effect and the social demand increase sharply,giving birth to a hugh market of sports training organization of the middle school entrance examination.However,a number of questions have also arisen.Therefore,how to make a scientific and reasonable judgment on the service quality of the sports training institutions of the middle school entrance examination and how to promote the development of the sports training institutions towards a more standardized and orderly direction so as to provide high quality sports training services for the students has become an urgent problem to be solved.This study takes the construction of the service evaluation quallity index system of sports training institutions for middle school entrance examination as the research object and Zhumadian sports training institutions as the investigation object.It takes the perceived service quality theory and customer satisfaction theory as theoretical basis,using literature material law,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to construct a service quality evaluation index system of middle school entrance exam.This paper also takes Zhumadian “Star of Tomorrow” sports training institutions as a specific case to conduct a empirical research regarding the service quality of sports training organization.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The current situation and existing problems of the service quality of sports training institutions for middle school entrance examination are mainly reflected in the following common problems: the uneven level of teachers,the inadequacy of the venue hardware facilities,and the unsound management system.(2)This paper,based on the theory of perceived service quality and customer satisfaction theory,applies Delphi method,constructs 3 first-level indicators,11second-level indicators,41 three-level indicators of service quality evaluation index system of sports training institution,and uses level analytic software YAAHP12 to calculate the weight of the indexes at all levels,and consequentially illustrates the connotation of each index(3)In the service quality evaluation index system of sports training institutions constructed in this paper,the first-level indicators include training preparation,training process and training effect,and the index weights repestively are: training preparation0.2154,training process 0.3150 and training effect 0.4696,respectively.After comparing and analyzing the weights of the first-level indicators,it is concluded that the training effect is the core element of the service quality evaluation index system of the sports training institutions,the training preparation is the basic guarantee to improve the training service quality,and the training process is the key point to monitor the training service quality.Training preparation and training process are also some important factors to determine the effect of training(4)Using the constructed service quality evaluation index system and combining with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper conduct a empirical research on the service quality of Zhumadian "Star of Tomorrow" sports training institution.The final comprehensive evaluation score are 4.1229 points,ranging between the 4 points(satisfy)and 5 points(very satisfy).This paper thinks that the service quality of the sports training institution above are in a “pretty statisy” level.(5)On the basis of the current development status and the empirical research on service quarters lity evaluation index system of sports training institution,this paper present some useful advices that aim to improve the service quality of sports training institution,such as optimizing the training venue facilities and scientific training plan,strengthening the training of teachers team construction,exploring reasonable and effective training methods,etc.
