Comparative Study On The Offensive Technical Characteristics Of Excellent Chinese And Foreign Centers In The 2022 Women's Basketball World Cu

In basketball games,center players play an important role in both offense and defense.Center players can determine the team’s technical and tactical system.In recent years,Chinese women’s basketball center players have performed well and helped the Chinese women’s basketball team continuously achieve good results.However,there are still some gaps compared to the top level center players in the world’s women’s basketball team.In order to find out the shortcomings,through the statistical analysis of the relevant offensive technical data of the top eight teams in the 2022 Women’s Basketball World Cup and the excellent centers of the Chinese team,using the methods of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics,and comparative analysis,this paper collates and analyzes the relevant indicator data of the offensive technology of the excellent center players in the 2022 Women’s Basketball World Cup at home and abroad,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The characteristics of Chinese outstanding center Li Yueru’s shooting techniques are characterized by a simplification.The shooting area is mainly in the near area,and the shooting techniques are relatively simple.Han Xu’s shooting techniques are diversified and stable in mid range.The shooting skills of foreign excellent centers are relatively rich and stable,with shooting ability at different distances,strong anti-interference ability,and relatively reasonable technical application.(2)The most commonly used passing techniques by excellent centers at home and abroad are hand to hand passing,followed by two hand chest passing,two hand overhead passing,rebound passing,and body to side passing.In terms of passing effect,the average number of excellent centers in China is less than that of foreign excellent centers,mainly due to the unreasonable use of passing awareness and passing techniques by domestic centers,and the ability to grasp the passing time still needs to be improved.(3)In terms of position grabbing and receiving techniques,domestic and foreign centers have a relatively balanced use of position grabbing and receiving the ball in situ,cooperating with position grabbing and receiving the ball,and moving position grabbing and receiving the ball.However,it can be seen that the center forward of the Chinese team mainly focuses on moving to catch the ball,accounting for half of the total.The domestic center does not play its advantage of being tall,but relies more on moving to receive the ball."The physical confrontation provided by the domestic center when catching the ball in position is insufficient,while the foreign excellent center acts quickly and decisively when catching the ball in position,and confronts forcefully.".(4)In terms of rebounding techniques,Li Yueru and Han Xu both focus on taking off in situ and blocking rebounds,with fewer rebounds being rushed and grabbed.However,foreign countries have a good sense of center forward rushing and grabbing,and have a good habit of blocking rebounds.(5)In terms of basic offensive coordination techniques,the main form of coordination is the excellent domestic center’s screen,which is dominated by ball screen.Due to Han Xu’s lack of advantage in body weight,he cannot well block the main opponent when performing screen coordination.There is no significant difference in coordination and coordination.The use of sudden point coordination by domestic and foreign centers is less frequent,and the number of passes and cuts used in coordination is also less.
