| Teenagers are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.The party and the state have always attached great importance to the physical and mental health and physical quality of teenagers.Nowadays,students are under great pressure to study,and bending their heads and necks for a long time will easily lead to shoulder and neck pain and cervical dysfunction,which will lead to the occurrence of poor posture of cervical spine.Based on the intervention effect and influence of two different exercise programs on the cervical anteversion of ordinary college students,this study explores a reasonable and effective intervention program,aiming at improving the unhealthy posture of adolescent cervical anteversion,and then promoting the development of adolescent physical and mental health.In this study,the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics were used.Through screening the college students in Chengdu Vocational and Technical College,40 college students with cervical spondylolisthesis symptoms were selected as experimental objects and randomly divided into group A and group B,in which group A was intervened by cervical fitness exercises and group B was intervened by elastic belt resistance training.The related data of cervical dysfunction index,visual analogue scale,anterior cervical vertebra angle and cervical joint range of motion were recorded before and after the intervention respectively,and the evaluation indexes were compared and analyzed,so as to verify the intervention effect of two exercise schemes,namely cervical exercises and elastic belt resistance training,on cervical anteversion.Research results:(1)There were statistically significant differences in the cervical dysfunction index,visual analogue score,head forward inclination and cervical joint range of motion(ROM)of patients in group A before and after the experiment(p<0.01).(2)There were statistically significant differences in the cervical dysfunction index,visual analogue score,head forward inclination and cervical joint range of motion of patients in group B before and after the experiment(p<0.01).(3)After the experiment,the cervical spine dysfunction index,visual analogue score,head forward inclination and cervical joint range of motion of the two groups were significantly different(p<0.01).(4)After the experiment,the number of patients in group A and group B who improved the cervical spine dysfunction index,visual analogue score,and cervical joint range of motion was generally the same,but the number of patients in group B who improved the head forward tilt angle was significantly higher than that in group A.Research conclusions:(1)Cervical aerobics and elastic belt resistance training have good therapeutic effects on strengthening the cervical function,effectively relieving the neck pain,correcting the poor posture of the cervical vertebra and improving the range of motion of the cervical joint of college students with cervical spondylolisthesis.These two different exercise schemes are beneficial to correcting the symptoms of cervical vertebra anteversion,improving the range of motion of the cervical joint,and improving the poor posture of teenagers to some extent.(2)The intervention effect of elastic belt resistance training on the strengthening of cervical function,the effective relief of neck pain,the correction of poor posture of cervical vertebra forward leaning and the improvement of the range of motion of cervical joint is obviously better than that of cervical aerobics training,and the effect is even more remarkable,especially after elastic belt resistance training,the therapeutic effect is better than that after cervical aerobics training.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)In daily life,you can choose to use cervical aerobics or elastic belt resistance training to prevent the bad posture of cervical forward leaning.(2)Students should enhance their awareness of fitness,attach great importance to their bad posture,seize the critical period of correction,timely carry out correct intervention and treatment,and regularly exercise the shoulder and neck muscles reasonably.(3)The school should pay close attention to students’ bad posture,intervene and treat students with bad posture in time,and at the same time,regularly carry out lectures and publicity activities on related topics,so that students can increase the popularization of health knowledge such as the causes,pathogenesis,adverse effects and prevention and treatment methods of bad posture. |
