| With the advent of the experience economy era and the popularization of new media platforms, people’s tourism needs have begun to shift towards high-quality,diversified,and personalized directions.Especially under the influence of the epidemic, camping tourism has emerged, and people are seeking the meaning of life in camping tourism. However, the infrastructure of camping sites in China is still in the early stages of construction and does not match the consumption and experience upgrading of tourists.Through reviewing relevant literature,it was found that the research on camping tourism experience is still in the exploratory stage. This study attempts to introduce scenario theory to construct a camping tourism experience system model;By conducting on-site research and questionnaire surveys on specific case sites, the model is applied to explore the differences in the expectations and perceptions of campers before and after tourism, and improvement suggestions are proposed. The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Through collecting and processing the online texts of tourists’ camping travel notes, this paper uses the Grounded theory method to extract one core category, nine main categories and 18 sub categories, and constructs a camping tourism experience system model under the scenario theory. This model consists of three parts: the elements of camping tourism scenes, scene perception, and scene experience content. The elements of camping tourism scenes include spatial representation, behavioral activities, and social interaction.Tourists interact with each element to form camping tourism scenes, and on the basis of sensory and spiritual perception, ultimately act on tourists to produce authentic, social, enjoyable, cognitive, and aesthetic experiences.(2)The specific case study indicates that the camping tourism experience system model constructed under the scenario theory has certain applicability to professional camping sites. In the specific case of applying the camping tourism experience system model to the Dabie Mountain camping park,a questionnaire survey method was used to analyze the differences in tourists’ expectations and actual perceptions. The analysis found that campers pay high expectation to the natural environment of the camping site, focusing on seeking spiritual perception and enjoyable experiences, while improving and strengthening service space, venue facilities, cultural activities, entertainment performances, social interaction, and other aspects. Therefore, suggestions are provided for improving the tourism experience and camp development of the camping site from four aspects: strengthening the construction of service space, seeking diversified scenarios, innovating camping activities, and extending the camping industry chain. |
