| As society attaches more importance to the cultivation of talents,the competition in the education and training market has become more and more intense,and a large number of foreign investors have entered the education and training market,which has led to more and more educational conflicts.The business environment of the education and training industry has undergone tremendous changes.At this particular time and in this particular context,education and training enterprises have to actively seek transformation in order to adapt to the development of the times,otherwise they will be buried by the flood of the times and will not be able to survive.Through a review of relevant theories and literature,an analysis of the strategic transformation of education and training enterprises is proposed.Using the case study method,this paper selects New Oriental Online as a research case,and uses SWOT analysis tools to analyse the motivation as well as the feasibility of New Oriental Online’s strategic transformation through a study of New Oriental Online’s strategic transformation starting in fiscal year 2022,combined with the specific strategies of strategic transformation,analyse New Oriental Online’s The study uses public financial data and information collected to analyze the effects of New Oriental Online’s strategic transformation,evaluating New Oriental Online’s financial and non-financial performance quantitatively or qualitatively,comparing the effects of New Oriental Online’s transformation before and after three years,and selecting Good Future for a horizontal comparison,analyzing the effects of New Oriental Online’s strategic transformation in the context of industry trends,and identifying The study finds that,firstly,New Oriental Online’s financial and non-financial performance has been very good.The study found that,firstly,after the implementation of New Oriental Online’s strategic transformation strategy,thanks to the rapid development of the live e-commerce business,the strategic objectives were initially achieved,and various indicators,both financial and non-financial,improved to varying degrees,especially the financial indicators,and the transformation effect was very intuitive;secondly,New Oriental Online gained a competitive advantage in a new industry with sustainable sustainability,and live e-commerce also became New Oriental Online’s future Strategic focus;Finally,the strategic transformation of the education segment is not obvious in the short term,but the long-term impact is predicted to be greater.Further research is needed.Based on the above conclusions,this paper suggests that companies in the education and training industry:(1)when carrying out strategic transformation,companies should combine internal and external factors and take the initiative to make strategic adjustments based on their own resources to avoid falling into a passive situation;(2)companies should focus on improving their own R&D capabilities;and(3)in the process of carrying out strategic transformation,companies should continue to strengthen their core competencies.It is hoped that the conclusions and recommendations of this study can provide reference for the strategic transformation of other enterprises in the education industry,and also make some contributions to enrich the research on strategic transformation of enterprises. |
