Adolescent depression and suicide are a serious psychosocial problem around the world. As a defect of pleasant experience, anhedonia is one of the core diagnostic criteria of depression, and it can also predict the occurrence of suicide ideation. However,so far,few studies have been conducted to explore the relationship between pleasure loss and depression and suicidal ideation of secondary vocational school students. The mechanism of the interaction between anhedonia and stress in depression and suicidal ideation in secondary vocational school students is not clear.Recently found that the anhedonia can be divided into consummatory pleasure and anticipatory pleasure, and the preliminary results show that the consummatory pleasure is a risk factor for the onset of clinical depression samples, and the anticipatory pleasure plays an important role in non-clinical depression samples. Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationship between stress and depression and suicidal ideation, based on the depression susceptibility model with anhedonia as the core, and to explore the relationship between anhedonia, stress and suicidal ideation. And the interaction between the two different components of anhedonia and stress in the depression and suicidal ideation of secondary vocational school students, and according to the score criteria of the questionnaire, they were divided into high and low depression and suicidal ideation or not.The differences between high and low depression group and suicide ideation group were compared.A total of 1143 secondary vocational school students in a vocational secondary school in Hunan province were investigated with Temporal Experience of Pleasure Scale(TEPS),Mood and Feeling Questionnaire(MFQ),Self-Rating Idea of Suicide Scale(SIOSS)and Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check-list(ASLEC).The results were as follows:(1)the screening rate of depression and suicidal ideation were 35.97% and 15.66%respectively.(2)the scores of depression and suicidal ideation in girls were significantly higher than those in boys(p<0.01).(3)suicide ideation, anhedonia and adolescent life events in high score depression group were significantly higher than those in low score depression group(p<0.05).The depression, anhedonia and adolescent life events in the suicidal ideation group were significantly higher than those in the non-suicidal ideation group(p<0.05).(4)There was a significant negative correlation between anticipatory pleasure and depression, suicidal ideation, but no significant correlation between consummatory pleasure and depression and suicidal ideation, while there was a significant positive correlation between adolescent life events and depression and suicidal ideation.(5)The relationship between anticipatory pleasure and depression of secondary vocational school students is regulated by life events. In middle and high level of life events, anticipatory pleasure can significantly negatively predict depression, but under low level of life events, the prediction of anticipatory pleasure of depression is not significant. The interaction between anticipatory pleasure and consummatory pleasure and life events had no significant effect on suicidal ideation. Conclusion: The interaction between anticipatory pleasure and negative stress affects secondary vocational student’s depression, but has no on suicidal ideation.
