A Practical Study On Case Work Intervention Of Factual Orphans Weariness

With the introduction of the national policy and the continuous improvement of the social security system,the living environment and material conditions of factual orphans’ have been improved.However,due to the particularity of the family environment,the lack of parental supervision,the absence of family education and the influence of the external environment,the factual orphans the problem of weariness is becoming more and more prominent.Weariness will not only affect the students’ physical and mental health and personal development,but also lead to the generation of dropout problem.Therefore,it is necessary to explore effective measures to solve the problem of factual orphans’ weariness.In this study by reviewing relevant literature and combining the author’s internship experience in institution Z,take 10 factual orphans in the institution were used as the survey subjects,and adopts investigation research method and field research method to collect data and understand the degree of weariness of factual orphans in the institution,and analyze the reasons.After that,the author select one of the factual orphans with moderate weariness as the service object,based on ABC theory of emotion and social support theory.Use case work intervention methods and skills to help enhance self-cognitive ability,correct bad learning behaviors,establish academic support and carry out intervention programs and implement them,help factual orphans improve the problem of weariness.And summarize and reflect on the process of each meeting to ensure the follow-up process proceeded smoothly..After the intervention,the service object showed different degrees of change in academic cognition,academic emotion,and academic misbehavior.And the pre-post comparison of the scale showed that the degree of weariness of the service object changed from moderate to mild.The intervention of case work on the problem of factual orphans weariness has been effective.Finally,the author summarized and reflected on the whole intervention process and made relevant suggestions,hoping to provide reference to research on improving problem of weariness of factual orphans in the future.
