| Externally In recent years, the welfare policies and other livelihood security issues related to factual orphans have received attention and attention from scholars from all walks of life. This study combines the actual situation and takes factual orphans who come into contact with them in the service as the research object to conduct a case study on the growth difficulties of factual orphans.By combining literature research,semi-structured interviews, and observation methods, this study deeply analyzes the specific growth difficulties and causes faced by factual orphans, and attempts to use case work methods to effectively intervene in factual orphans. Finally, the difficulties and countermeasures faced during the intervention process are explored.First of all, based on the semi-structured interviews with six factual orphans and their guardians in B Street,S District,Beijing, and starting from the Ecological systems theory, the author divides the growth dilemma faced by factual orphans into three levels: micro level, meso level and macro level: on the micro level, the dilemma faced by factual orphans focuses on three aspects: hidden dangers in personal safety, excessive emotional negative psychological pressure, and poor academic performance; At the meso level, orphans face growth difficulties such as family economic difficulties, tense relationships with guardians, and a lack of peer support systems; At the macro level, there is a lack of non institutional assistance.Secondly, using the theory of resilience, the author discusses the causes of the growth dilemma of factual orphans from three aspects: internal advantage factors(I am),internal efficiency factors(I can),and external support factors(I have). It is concluded that the "protective factors" of factual orphans themselves are weak, while the external "risk factors" will be strong, leading to the inability of factual orphans to reasonably utilize their own advantages when facing problems, and thus causing them to fall into a growth dilemma.Next,in order to further elaborate on how case work can intervene in the growth difficulties of factual orphans, the author conducted a social support scale measurement on six factual orphans and selected the one with the lowest score for case intervention under the guidance of task center mode.Systematic intervention was carried out from the micro, meso, and macro levels, fully leveraging the support power of oneself, family, peers, community, and professional institutions,Promote the healthy growth of factual orphans. Finally, the author analyzes the difficulties in consolidating case results, lacking financial support for services, and limitations in the services provided by social workers in intervening in the growth difficulties of factual orphans in case work, and proposes three strategic suggestions:improving the community’s ability to provide social support, expanding the channels for social work to intervene in the growth difficulties of factual orphans, and cultivating a talent team in the field of social work. |
