| In recent years, the group of factual orphans has gradually gained people’s attention and become the focus of government attention. The country has begun to introduce various policies to improve the protection of factual orphans. In 2019,the Ministry of Civil Affairs,in collaboration with 12 ministries, issued the "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Safeguarding Work of Unattended Children in Fact",which requires the provision of professional services for children in fact(referred to as "orphaned children in fact")through government procurement of services.Currently, most scholars in China focus their research on the topic of factual orphans from the perspective of disadvantaged children, and there is relatively little literature on the small-scale topic of factual orphans. Most of the research on the topic of factual orphans focuses on the construction of their social support network system from the perspectives of family, community, etc. There are few literature that starts from the center of social protection and constructs social support networks for factual orphans. Therefore, social workers help factual orphans overcome their difficulties and build a multi-dimensional support system centered around the center of unemployment, which has certain theoretical and practical significance. This article is based on the theory of psychosocial therapy and social support theory.Through participatory observation and interview methods,it analyzes the upbringing situation of factual orphans in Z County, selects typical cases, explores the difficulties and reasons encountered by factual orphans in their growth process, and intervenes and reflects on them accordingly.During the research process, the author first analyzed the growth difficulties faced by the case from multiple perspectives:difficult family conditions, economic difficulties;Insufficient gender awareness and poor behavioral habits;Lack of social support and low level of self-identity.Secondly,the reasons for the difficulties are explored from three perspectives: behavioral support, cognitive support, and emotional support: single support is the main focus, lacking social support; The education method is single, and family guidance is lacking;Lack of psychological support and lack of social care.Subsequently, within the framework of the psychosocial treatment model, indirect treatment techniques were used to assist service recipients in building a social support network system centered around the center of non insurance;Using direct treatment techniques to help clients solve problems.Rethinking the practical process: identifying orphans in fact takes a lot of time; The role positioning of social workers in practice is unclear; The protection mechanism for groups such as orphans is not perfect. Finally, based on practical reflection, suggestions are proposed: to shorten the process of identifying factual orphans;Clarify the role positioning of social workers;Establish a linkage guarantee mechanism for factual orphans. |
