Research On The Construction Of Ideological And Political Education Environment In Private Colleges And Universities

Colleges and universities shoulder the major task of cultivating successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As an important part of China’s higher education,private colleges and universities play an extremely important role in cultivating innovative talents.With the comprehensive promotion of connotative development in colleges and universities,the ideological and political education environment has increasingly become an important factor affecting the connotative development of colleges and universities.In recent years,private colleges and universities have made great efforts in exploring the construction of a good ideological and political education environment.However,with the constant changes of subjective and objective factors,private colleges and universities still have great room for development in the practice of ideological and political education environment.Therefore,private colleges and universities should be based on the new needs of people to establish a satisfactory university,look at the new opportunities of the development of the times,pay more attention to the important role of the ideological and political education environment in the timeliness of ideological and political education,continue to accumulate experience,and actively explore new ways to build the ideological and political education environment in line with its own connotation development.On the basis of collecting a large number of documents,this paper discusses the construction of ideological and political education environment in the new era.First of all,it combs the concept and characteristics of the ideological and political education environment,and sorts out the classification of the current ideological and political education environment.On this basis,based on the theory of the ideological and political education environment of Chinese,western and Marxist classical writers,it provides the necessary theoretical support for the writing of this article,and further expounds the important significance of the construction of the ideological and political education environment and the principles that should be adhered to in practice.Secondly,by comparing with public colleges and universities,the outstanding characteristics and construction status of the ideological and political education environment in private colleges and universities are obtained.This part takes the achievements as the premise,and then highlights the shortcomings of the practice of ideological and political education environment in private colleges and universities under the special environment.On the one hand,after decades of exploration and experience accumulation,private colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the ideological and political education environment,and have made some important achievements,such as the continuous improvement of the construction of teachers,the extensive application of the network in moral education,and the satisfactory achievements in the construction of the material environment;On the other hand,due to the continuous changes of subjective and objective factors and the particularity of private colleges and universities,there are still shortcomings that need to be supplemented in the practice of ideological and political education environment construction in private colleges and universities,such as the rising space of the material environment construction,the sustainability of the impact of the spiritual environment needs to be strengthened,the connectivity of the network education environment needs to be strengthened,and the linkage of the interpersonal relationship environment needs to be improved.Finally,based on the requirements of the development of the times and the particularity of private colleges and universities,in view of their shortcomings in the practice of ideological and political education environment construction,this paper tries to put forward feasible suggestions from different dimensions.
