Research On Soft Environment Construction Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Ideological and political education is an important part of higher education in China. It undertakes the task of implementing the Party’s basic line and various policies, establishing the system of socialist core values and carrying forward the socialist advanced culture. However, during the concrete teaching, the actual effect of ideological and political education is generally not very good and has not been obvious difference. The effective way to improve ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to comprehensively analyze and scientifically optimize the environment of ideological and political education.Based on the relationship between subjects and objects, environment can be classified as soft environment and hard environment. The infiniteness of subject’s practical ability decides whether the environment that subject is dependent on is soft environment or sub-soft environment(potential soft environment). Hard environment is a periodical transition condition, which is the potential orientation of soft environment construction。 The relationship between soft environment and hard environment is “reality” and “potentiality”. From the aspect of quietness, soft environment is the sum total of several factors that subject can attend and has a significant effect on subject’s behaviors; from the aspect of dynamic, when subject initiatively involved in environment, the intercourse of behavioral agent and environment is formed and the process of that intercourse is the connotation of soft environment.As we have the definite connotation of soft environment, we can analyze the ideological and political education of high education in our country from the following three aspects: spiritual idea, institutional norm and practical effectiveness. What’s more, we should, from the dimension of macroscope, meso and microscope, put forward a series of conceive that can scientifically optimize the ideological and political education of high education in our country. Thus, it can provide service to construct a health, order and harmonious soft environment in the ideological and political education of high education in our country, which can reflect the rule and can effectively improve the practical effect of the ideological and political education.Tentatively, soft environment research from economics, political science and management, and other fields will be introduced into the field of higher education, to ensure the rationality of the selected topic in logic and targeted research object, and realize the expansion of the research field of vision; At the same time, on the theory of soft environment interpretation of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, not only to better absorb the research achievements of academic frontier, but also from a new Angle, and promote the deepening of the research of ideological and political education theory.
