Intelligent screen,namely interactive intelligent panel,is a kind of intelligent office product born with the promotion of the concept of using "screen" to work in the early 21 st century.It integrates and combines the functions of multimedia devices such as displays,computers and projectors,realizing the characteristics of high performance,high intelligence,strong interaction and strong compatibility.With the development of information technology and intelligent demands,nowadays,the intelligent screen plays an important role in office and education.As a leader in the domestic ICT industry,Huawei has been promoting and developing domestic intelligent related technologies.In recent years,it has provided excellent products for mass users in the field of intelligent terminals.After the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020,Huawei launched intelligent terminal products in the field of office,which were widely commended.With the vigorous development of the intelligent education industry,Huawei hopes to endow its technological advantages to education and build a intelligent office platform in educational scenes.Therefore,the cooperation between Hunan University and the UCD center of Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Huawei)officially opened the technical cooperation project of Huawei-working experience(education industry).The R&D team consists of 16 members,whose work cover product design,interaction design,user research and other aspects.Serving as a user researcher and interaction designer in the project team,I participated in the 10-month-long complete work workflow from preliminary research to the output of the design scheme.The main aim of the project is to analyze and study the existing intelligent screen industry market,and then summarize some hardware and software’s characteristics and functional design highlights of existing products in the market.Meanwhile,based on user demands excavated through user research,we aim at seeking innovation opportunities of product functions and designs,and create a intelligent platform that distinguishes existing educational intelligent screen products.The main content of the project includes the project team’s in-depth analysis and research on the smart screen industry market,competitive brand functions,design,hardware and software features and the project team’s research on user needs and user experience in the education scene,summarising the design entry points for the Io T system direction in the education scene.In the middle of the project,the design method,design principles and the analysis of the interface elements of the smart screen are based on the user experience theory and the interface characteristics of the smart screen product,and a set of design specifications applicable to the smart screen in the education scenario is produced to provide guidance for the later innovative design.Finally,a set of interface design solutions and interaction prototypes for large screen terminals in the Io T teaching environment will be output,and the design will be evaluated through a system usability scale.
