Research On Emotion Management Of Preschool Teachers

Preschool teachers are an important part of teachers group and play an important role in the growth of children.The emotional management of preschool teachers affects the acquisition and development of children’s emotional management,and is of great value to the healthy development of children and the formation of a good teacher-child relationship.Therefore,the investigation of emotional management of preschool teachers can more intuitively find the problems existing in emotion management of preschool teachers in teaching,so as to take targeted measures to improve the teaching quality of preschool teachers and better help the growth of children.This study is a representative of 5 kindergarten in Changsha 526057 teachers and 15047 management teachers questionnaire survey,and depth interview of six teachers and 6 management teachers,preschool teachers emotional cognition and performance,emotional self control and others control,emotional self guidance and the current situation of others are analyzed.According to the survey results,the problems in emotional management of preschool teachers often lack special attention from gender;preschool teachers’ weak self-control ability and weak support for emotional management.Based on the existing literature and realistic thinking,the problems in the emotional management of preschool teachers are caused by the following reasons: the knowledge limitation of preschool teachers leads to unilateral cognition;the gender imbalance of preschool teachers leads to poor emotional performance;the different audiences of preschool teachers causes different emotional control;and preschool teachers lack cognitive adjustment.In order to improve the emotional management level of preschool teachers and promote the high quality development of early childhood education,the kindergarten training plan to improve emotional management cognition,construct reasonable cognition,promote emotional consensus,pay attention to demand,respect and empathy,create health factors environment,give positive attention,combine prevention and control,establish psychological counseling.
