Stress is a problem we must face,work pressure is a hot issue in the rapid development of society,work pressure has a dual impact,it is not only a strong driving force for work,To a certain extent,it can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,and it is also a negative factor to affect emotional management,which will reduce the work enthusiasm of employees to a certain extent.With the increasing intensity of pre-school education reform,the social pressure and work pressure of preschool teachers are increasing year by year,and emotional management has become the inevitable requirement for every preschool teacher to adapt to the social reality.Based on the above-mentioned reality,this research uses the scientific empirical method,carries on the investigation research to the preschool teacherundefineds work stress and the emotion management,to analyze this groupundefineds work pressure,the emotion management present situation,To explore the relationship between work stress and emotional management of preschool teachers,so as to help kindergarten teachers reduce work pressure and improve emotional management level.In this study,380 kindergarten teachers from 13 public kindergartens in Xiundefinedan were investigated.SPSS 19.0 software was used to describe the data,independent sample t test,single factor variance analysis,univariate and multiple regression analysis.Through the study,it is found that:1.The work pressure of preschool teachers is generally moderate and slightly lighter,and there are significant differences in age,teaching age,marriage,position,salary and the number of young children in the current class.There was no significant difference in the nature of employment.2.The emotional management level of preschool teachers is good,the major,age,marriage,teaching age,academic background,position,teaching grade,the number and salary of children in the current class,There are significant differences in emotional management of kindergarten teachers.3.There is a significant negative correlation between the overall work stress of preschool teachers and its two dimensions and emotional management and its four dimensions4.The work stress and emotional management of preschool teachers have two-way predictive effect,in which the two dimensions of family and work characteristics can better predict the emotional management of preschool teachers.Emotional awareness can better predict the work pressure of kindergarten teachers.According to the results of the study,this paper puts forward the following suggestions from three aspects:preschool teachers themselves,kindergartens and normal colleges and universities.(1)Kindergarten teachers should reasonably formulate professional expectations in line with their own reality,carry out effective psychological adjustment,create a positive interpersonal atmosphere,strengthen self-cognition,and properly plan and manage their own time,(2)Kindergarten minimizes the administrative affairs of teachers,organizes friendship activities,sets up some interest associations,and carries out work stress relief and emotional management experience exchange and sharing sessions.(3)Teachers colleges and universities to increase coping with stress and emotional management related courses;set up a professional website for preschool teachers to provide a platform for consultation and communication.
