The strategies of feeling control for the class of the head teachers in Junior middle school is a collection including cognition,thinking,strategy,ability and methods.It can show the head teachers' abilities by which they make the class students' feeling keep active and well.It is considered to be the outward manifestations of the head teachers' emotional intelligence.For the Junior middle school head teachers,their class mood management tactics have great effect on the students,because there is an inner link between the class and the teachers,which is a kind of leading power to help to improve the management for the class.Their active mood expression is a kind of forward power for the students' positive feelings.This research starts from a micro perspective that is emotion management strategy of junior school head teachers.This research is empirical,and in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the head teachers.Locating and reading existing research results.Conducting research from two dimensions what are positive mood management strategies and negative mood management strategies.There are 554 head teachers in this research who are from 21 junior school in H City.Statistically analyzing the data in order to grasp the true state in the aspect of their strategies of mood management for the class.Deeply analyzing the problems that exist in the strategies by which the head teachers control the feeling of the class in Junior middle school in H city,and making targeted recommendations.
