The promulgation of the Compulsory Education Curriculum Plan(2022 edition)indicates that core competence has become an important engine leading the reform of compulsory education,and promotes the reform of academic evaluation to develop in depth.Traditional academic evaluation pays too much attention to scores,and even shows a tendency of "only scores",ignoring students’ all-round development,which is difficult to promote the formation of core competence.Overcoming the problem of "only score" is not only conducive to the formation of students’ core quality,but also conducive to reducing academic pressure.In response,the state has issued educational documents such as the Opinions on Further Reducing the burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in Compulsory Education and the Notice on Strengthening Examination Management in Compulsory Education Schools,which emphasize the implementation of grade evaluation through examinations,change the current phenomenon of "only score" evaluation,and promote the all-round and individual development of students.However,many schools are in a mess in the process of "establishing" grade evaluation,simply changing the past "grade evaluation" to the present "grade evaluation",and even appearing the phenomenon of "grade only" and "fear of grades".Undoubtedly,this is a misunderstanding and distortion of educational policy,which separates the relationship between grade evaluation and grade evaluation subjectively and deviates from the original intention of evaluation.In view of the above problems,this paper carries out research on the reasonable relationship between grade evaluation and grade evaluation,aiming to enrich and improve the theoretical research of students’ academic evaluation,and provide possible direction guidance and method enlightenment for the practice of evaluation based on core competence.First of all,through literature research,field observation,questionnaire survey,interview,etc.,to understand the difficulties in the relationship between grade evaluation and score evaluation,and explore the reasonable pattern of the two.Secondly,through literature research method and investigation method,the reasonable relationship between academic grade evaluation and score evaluation of compulsory education based on core competence is constructed.Finally,according to the dilemma and ideal pattern of grade evaluation and score evaluation,we explore the guarantee conditions for the reasonable operation of the relationship between grade evaluation and score evaluation.The results show that the relationship between grade evaluation and score evaluation has dual dilemmas in cognition and operation.Among them,the cognition dilemma is mainly embodied in the following aspects: the cognition is fuzzy and unclear;The traditional "score system" affects the reasonable position between grade evaluation and score evaluation;Utilitarianism gives rise to the alienation of the relationship between grade evaluation and grade evaluation.The operational difficulties are mainly reflected in: the existing unreasonable evaluation system causes the relationship between grade evaluation and score evaluation to be separated;There is a conversion dilemma between grade evaluation and grade evaluation.The expectation conflict of each subject leads to the bias difference between grade evaluation and score evaluation.The bottleneck of teachers’ professional accomplishment makes it difficult to use grade evaluation and grade evaluation reasonably.In order to solve the cognitive dilemma,this paper discusses the ideal pattern of grade evaluation and score evaluation from the theoretical perspective,that is,the relationship between the two is different,complementary and transformed.In order to solve the operational dilemma,this paper analyzes the characteristics of students’ core competence in different stages,and constructs the operational direction of the reasonable relationship between grade evaluation and score evaluation in compulsory education stage based on core competence.In order to run smoothly the reasonable relationship between guarantee grade evaluation and score evaluation,the corresponding guarantee conditions are put forward.These adjustments mainly include: professional guarantee,improve teachers’ evaluation quality;Technical support,improve the tools and methods of grade evaluation and score evaluation;System guarantee,reform educational evaluation system;Social guarantee,coordinate the evaluation subject.
