| Labor education is of great significance in promoting the comprehensive development of students and cultivating innovative talents.The successive release of "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in New Age,Middle Schools and Middle Schools" and "Propaganda Guidance for Primary Schools and Middle Schools(Trial)" indicates that the status of labor education in China’s education system is becoming increasingly prominent.In this context,taking colleges and universities as the main body,connecting primary,middle,and primary schools,families,and society,and jointly building a collaborative education mechanism,will help the deep-seated and connotative development of labor education.This article takes the university’s labor education collaborative education mechanism as the research object,comprehensively uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method,case study method and other research methods,based on the logical ideas of "why","what","how" and "how to do",and explores the construction of the labor education collaborative education mechanism in colleges and universities.Firstly,explore the realistic basis and value meaning of the construction of labor education collaborative education mechanism in colleges and universities.On this basis,to analyze the basic concepts and specific principles,colleges and universities should follow the concepts of student-centeredness,promote the comprehensive development of students’ moral,intellectual,and physical education,guide students to establish a correct view of labor and occupation,and implement the principles of integrity,timeliness,and openness.Based on the requirements of relevant documents and realistic logic,the basic framework for the construction of a collaborative education mechanism for labor education in colleges and universities is proposed.Among them,the internal collaborative education mechanism includes curriculum mechanism,leadership mechanism,incentive mechanism,and guarantee mechanism;external collaborative education mechanism includes "home-school community" horizontal collaborative education mechanism,and "large,middle and primary school" vertical collaborative education mechanism.Secondly,in-depth analysis of the specific methods of the construction of the labor education collaborative education mechanism of the three colleges anduniversities,and summarized the following successful experiences: carry out labor education in accordance with student life,enrich labor experience;rely on network positions to pay close attention to labor education,improve publicity;use inter-school strength to develop labor education,promote resource integration;use social resources to expand labor education,break space limitations,etc.Finally,analyze the basic status of the current construction of labor education collaborative education mechanism in colleges and universities.Through questionnaires survey and interview survey,it was found that the construction of labor education collaborative education mechanisms in colleges and universities has problems such as unreasonable curriculum setting,implementation in form,inadequate support mechanisms,and insufficient integration of labor education in home schools.Based on the above problems,this article further proposes corresponding optimization suggestions: colleges and universities should enhance the value of curriculum education,strengthen leadership and management,improve the incentive mechanism,grasp the work to ensure the work,and fully connect external forces. |
