Innovation and entrepreneurship are the key to winning global competition in the era of knowledge economy.Contemporary college students are the new force for building an innovative country and promoting "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education is not only the common trend of world higher education reform and development,but also the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and the promotion of economic structure transformation and upgrading.The objective needs of an entrepreneurial economy are also inevitable requirements for deepening the comprehensive reform of higher education and enhancing the ability of college students to innovate and create and compete in employment.On the basis of systematic analysis and combing the existing literature,this paper draws on the successful experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education in developed countries,and comprehensively adopts the literature research method,comparative research method and questionnaire for the problems and mechanism obstacles of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China.The investigation method,system analysis method,case analysis method and other methods,from the three dimensions of dynamic mechanism,operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism,systematically explored the construction of the collaborative promotion mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education.The full text is divided into three parts.The first part is the first chapter and the second chapter.It briefly describes the research background and significance of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the concepts and basic theories related to the research status at home and abroad.The second part is the content of the third chapter.It summarizes and discusses the status quo,experience and enlightenment of innovation and entrepreneurship education in major developed countries.Combined with questionnaire survey,it analyzes China's innovation from four levels:government,society,universities and students.Problems in entrepreneurship education and institutional barriers.The third part(Chapter 4)is the focus of this paper.It systematically discusses the “four-in-one” innovation and entrepreneurship education synergy mechanism of government,colleges,society and students.First,the dynamic mechanism,including value-leading mechanism and policy-oriented mechanism.The reward and punishment incentive mechanism and the evaluationmechanism;the second is the operational mechanism,including the leadership system and organizational mechanism,the education and teaching management system,the government-industry-research cooperation mechanism,the quality monitoring and feedback mechanism;the third is the guarantee mechanism,including ideological guarantee,curriculum guarantee,Teacher protection,platform security,financial security and environmental protection.Therefore,only by constructing the“four-in-one” innovation and entrepreneurship education synergy mechanism of government,society,universities and college students from the three dimensions of dynamic mechanism,operational mechanism and guarantee mechanism,can we jointly promote the healthy and sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China.
