The imperfection of laws and regulations will inevitably lead to labor disputes,which are always accompanied by industrial disputes.There are various forms of labor disputes,and labor disputes at different levels will bring some negative effects on the social economy.Although the state attaches great importance to this,it will continue to introduce new policies and improve relevant policies,it is still unable to completely avoid the occurrence of labor disputes.In this study,China's labor relations coordination mechanism to deal with the dynamic development of the situation as the background,through case analysis,interview and literature analysis methods,comprehensive use of public crisis,the social movement and the coordination of governance concept,analyzes the status quo of the current labor dispute management.Through the actual survey and related literature,we know that China's research on the coordination mechanism of labor disputes is still in its infancy.In this study,S city was selected as a case.Analyze the status,causes the labor disputes and the coordination of various departments governance analysis,coordination of various departments,lack of the concept of governance,governance main responsibility consciousness crisis response mechanism is not perfect,the labor dispute management system needs to be enhanced is the city of S to solve the problem facing difficulties.The study found that the five main influencing factors of S governance of labor disputes are: Governance of labor dispute management system is not perfect,and the processing efficiency is low,between the government and trade unions to participate in governance,enterprises do not have effective collaborative governance consciousness,mechanism of dealing with labor dispute is just formalization,the development of government,trade unions and enterprises that participate the governance is unbalanced.Last but not least,the development of labor relations is much faster than the labor dispute management system and policy.This study will combine with the life cycle of crisis,from labor disputes "-things in advance-after the main labor dispute management three stages of development and their specific responsibilities,establish effective cooperation between them,the subject is how to improve the execution,accurate intelligent positioning,establish effective laws and regulations put forward the solution.
