Abstract/Summary:
With the integration of various emerging technologies represented by artificial intelligence into the field of education,the education sector has set off a research upsurge in smart education,forming a series of new forms of education such as smart campus,smart classroom,and smart teaching.Technology will have a profound influence on education in the future.College teachers,as part of the group of teachers,are deeply in the whirlpool of technological change in education.Improving the information literacy of college teachers and integrating the wisdom of teachers with the intelligence of technology is the key to judging whether smart education is "wisdom".Although there are many related studies on smart education,the core of the discussion is mostly the form of emerging technologies intervening in education.There is relatively little discussion on teachers who adapt to technological changes.The improvement of teachers’ information literacy and the development of smart education still lack of connection.In the era of smart education,teachers need to improve their information literacy to adapt to the educational changes brought about by emerging technologies,so that smart education can demonstrate the subjectivity of educators from the intelligence of technology,and let smart education as a "new frontier" of education informatization.First,the research interprets the connotation of college teachers’ information literacy from the perspective of smart education.Taking education informatization as the connection point,this paper sorts out the logical connection between teachers’ information literacy and smart education.Improving teachers’ information literacy is to adapt to education informatization.Smart education is a "new frontier" of education informatization.Teacher need to develop information literacy as the goal of teachers’ wisdom to demonstrate educational wisdom.In the era of smart education,teachers’ educational wisdom is the product of a high degree of integration of intelligent technology,educational science and teaching art.From the perspective of smart education,college teachers’ information literacy needs to combine the characteristics of disciplines,generate information awareness of technical thinking,focus on changes in the field,master the necessary knowledge of emerging technologies,deeply integrate technology,and construct the information ability of educational wisdom,abide by information ethics,avoid Ethical risk information ethics and so on.Combined with the professional characteristics of college teachers themselves,the performance of their information literacy should focus on two aspects: education and academic research.In terms of education and teaching,they should have the ability to smart teaching design and implementation,and upgrade education evaluation.In terms of scientific research,they should have the ability to accurately obtain relevant resources,effectively use information tools,and scientifically process research data.Secondly,in order to understand the current reality of college teachers’ information literacy,the research uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to conduct a survey on the current situation of college teachers’ information literacy in X city.After investigation,it was found that the overall level of information awareness of college teachers is relatively high,but the individual’s recognition of technology needs to be improved;the level of information knowledge is average,and the theoretical basis is still relatively weak;the Information skills vary widely,lacking data analysis ability;information ethics is generally good,the code of conduct needs to be improved;the group differences are more serious,the Liberal Arts and Sciences differentiation is very obvious and so on.Then,it analyzes the current causes of college teachers’ information literacy from four levels: macro factors,interpersonal factors,technical environment and individual needs.It is found that in terms of macro factors,the use of policy tools is unbalanced and the cultural level is not connected;in terms of interpersonal factors,there are problems such as inadequate organizational training,unequal quality of teachers and students,and imperfect team building;in terms of technical environment,infrastructure construction is not comprehensive enough,platform the construction is not reasonable enough,and the scientific research resources are not perfect enough;in terms of individual teachers,there are problems such as different teaching needs of teachers,different individual adaptability,and uneven individual awareness of teachers.Then,from the practical level to the theoretical level,the development model of college teachers’ information literacy from the perspective of smart education is constructed.On the one hand,the influence mechanism of 11 influencing factors on the information literacy of college teachers is analyzed.On the other hand,based on the relationship between teachers and technology,the development stages of college teachers’ information literacy from the perspective of smart education are divided into three stages: recognition and cognition,learning and application,and adaptation and creation.The influencing factors are divided into 6 levels:macro-element level,peer group level,industry organization level,technical environment level,learning resource level and individual demand level.Combined with the development stage of information literacy,the model of information literacy development of college teachers from the perspective of smart education is constructed.Among them,each level has a different mechanism for each developmental stage of teachers.At the level of individual needs,college teachers have experienced the need to think about technology,establish demand,and then re-construct after the demand is met;at the level of learning resources,start from resource construction,and then turn to resource promotion,and then to promote resource innovation;At the technical environment layer,it is necessary to start with technical conception and development,and then to enable actual teaching,build an overall environment,and then supply emerging technologies to enable teachers to create a smart environment;From case exploration to expert guidance,improving training,and then conducting research cooperation,etc.;at the peer group level,peer groups need to form a cooperative group to realize the transformation from communication to cooperative learning to cooperative innovation;At the level of macro-elements,policies,systems,and culture support and promote teachers at each stage of development.By giving play to the different roles of the six levels in the three development stages of teachers’ information literacy,teachers’ information literacy can achieve substantial development under the precise boost of various factors.Finally,combined with the theoretical model and the current situation analysis,the improvement path of college teachers’ information literacy from the perspective of smart education is put forward.At the macro element level,it is necessary to use a variety of policy tools to give play to the leading and promoting role of education policies;build a flexible institutional system to generate a long-term improvement mechanism for human-machine harmony;pay attention to the construction of information culture and create a good information culture atmosphere.At the organizational level of the industry,it is necessary to promote cross-border cooperation of technical experts to jointly build a technical environment;increase school-enterprise cooperation and actively introduce emerging technologies;complete technical assessments in a timely manner,and rationally deploy a smart education environment;optimize teacher training and comprehensively improve training effect;build a collaborative innovation community to realize the collaborative update of technology and literacy.At the technical environment layer,it is necessary to improve the information infrastructure environment and promote the structural transformation of technology supply and demand.At the peer group level,it is necessary to strengthen the communication between heterogeneous groups and the cooperation between homogeneous groups,promote the flow of technical cognition,and constantly demonstrate the educational wisdom of the teacher group.Starting from the individual level of college teachers,it is necessary to stimulate teachers’ awareness of technology application,advocate college teachers to carry out action research,and explore diversified information literacy evaluation methods.
