Moral values are the moral basis for a person to judge Social phenomenon. As a social consciousness,it always changes with the changes in social development. At present, the progress of science and technology has promoted the development of intelligent media technology, thus entering the era of intelligent media.Based on the changes of the times, moral values are also influenced to varying degrees by intelligent media technology, with college students whose moral values have not yet formed being the most affected. Therefore,in order to fully grasp the current situation of college students’ moral values in the era of intelligent media, this article takes college students as the research object and conducts research on their moral values. This article combines literature research and empirical investigation methods to conduct a systematic study on the moral values of college students in the era of intelligent media. While interpreting relevant concepts and theoretical origins, the full text conducts research on the moral values of college students in the era of intelligent media from three aspects: principled moral values, normative moral values, and categorical moral values. The survey shows that the current situation of moral values among college students is as follows: in terms of principled moral values, they have good altruistic conditions, strong collectivism, and strong patriotism, but there are also some selfish phenomena, insufficient consideration of "national and social needs" in career choices, and impure motives for joining the party. They can clearly understand the relationship between morality and life, interests and happiness; In terms of categorical moral values: possessing deep moral empathy, strong moral sensitivity, and a clear sense of moral shame; In terms of normative moral values,it is characterized by recognition of the concept of "helping others for pleasure" and a high willingness to practice it.At the same time, the analysis shows that the evaluation of moral values among college students tends to be individualistic, utilitarian in their moral value choices, and the inconsistency between moral cognition and moral behavior. To fully integrate the background of the times, this article analyzes the impact of college students’ moral values from the perspective of intelligent media technology: explosive data weakens the explanatory power of mainstream moral value discourse;Intelligent algorithm push weakens the dominance of mainstream moral values;Immersive "full perception mode" reduces the effectiveness of mainstream moral values dissemination; The "entertainment to death" of information hinders the understanding and consensus of mainstream moral values. Finally,in response to the above issues and influencing factors, feasible suggestions are proposed to enhance the moral values of college students in the era of intelligent media from four aspects: educational innovation, subject responsibility, technological constraints, and environmental creation.
