Social Work Practice And Exploration Of Drug Rehabilitation In Rural Community

The drug situation in China is serious,among which the drug problem in rural areas is getting worse and worse and lacking corresponding attention.Community drug rehabilitation is a key measure in drug control work.Local governments have introduced social work through government purchase of services,making drug control work more professional.At present,there are many researches on social work intervention in community drug rehabilitation,but there are few practical researches on drug rehabilitation in rural communities.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out relevant research in order to provide practical reference for social work to intervene in drug rehabilitation in rural communities.This research mainly adopts the case study method to carry out the research.Under the guidance of the strength perspective theory,the X area of Guangzhou City is taken as an example to focus on the needs of community drug rehabilitation objects to ease the life pressure and settle down;The need to enhance community participation and obtain community support;Improve family relations and return to family needs;Social workers adjusted the community drug rehabilitation objects cognitive bias,make them accepted their own needs and carried out practical advocation to improve the targeted needs of drug control education in rural communities.The following practical strategies are summarized:first,through multiple interactions,integrate policies and rural community resources to provide support for the safe life of community drug rehabilitation objects;Give full play to the strengths of community drug rehabilitation objects,negotiate with suburban factories,promote employment,relieve their life pressure and help them live a stable life.Second,the development of clan prestige to join the anti drug support group to help get back on track;Keep away from drug addicts by pairing up to prevent relapse;Provide community participation opportunities,establish a positive image,and promote the social integration of community drug rehabilitation objects.The third is to find family supporters,promote family acceptance and support,and help their families return.The fourth is to help adjust cognition,dispel the resistance to control and "disciplinary" village rules and regulations,help find appropriate ways to cope with pressure,and maintain integrity;According to the characteristics of rural communities,activate the vitality of rural clans and customs,carry out anti drug laws and regulations and drug harm education activities,and carry out targeted publicity and education on the identification and harm of new drugs for rural schools.The effectiveness of social work intervention is mainly reflected in the following aspects:First,it alleviates the life pressure of the community drug rehabilitation workers and obtains a stable life;Second,a diversified support network has been built to promote the community integration of drug rehabilitation workers in the community;Third,it has improved family relations and promoted the family return of community drug rehabilitation workers;Fourth,it adjusted the cognitive bias and promoted the self acceptance of the community drug rehabilitation objects;Fifthly,it has improved the pertinence of anti drug publicity and education in rural communities;Sixthly,it has promoted the reduction of relapse rate of drug rehabilitation personnel in rural communities,and the number of new drug users has decreased.The study found that social work intervention in the rehabilitation of drug addiction in rural communities has it advantages;The intervention strategy should give play to the advantages of rural communities;The strength perspective is applicable to guiding social work to intervene in drug rehabilitation in rural communities.Research reflection,the scientificity and accuracy of the evaluation need to be improved,and the breadth and depth of the research need to be enhanced.
