Practical Research On Case Work Intervention In The Reintegration Of Community Drug Rehabilitation Personnel Into Societ

Since the promulgation and implementation of the Anti-Drug Law of the People ’ s Republic of China,more and more drug addicts have received community drug rehabilitation.The rehabilitation and return to society of drug addicts have brought great pressure and challenges to community work.As an important role-player in the family,society and other fields,the problems of each drug abuser have the characteristics of wide influence,high complexity and deep injury.The rehabilitation of drug addiction,the restoration of family relations and the reintegration into society need to be highly concerned by the community.As far as the current drug rehabilitation work is concerned,there are still many problems in the community drug rehabilitation and promoting the return of drug addicts to society in China,such as unclear definition of the concept of community drug rehabilitation and community rehabilitation,ineffective connection between relevant national policies and administrative requirements and drug social workers,unclear division of responsibilities between street offices and police stations,insufficient awareness of drug control by grassroots cadres,and excessive dependence of drug rehabilitation and return to society on drug social workers.Accordingly,the author takes the community drug rehabilitation personnel as the research object,and uses professional case work skills to ease the family relationship of community drug rehabilitation personnel,help the service object to find work and return to society smoothly.Based on the summary of domestic and foreign community drug rehabilitation experience,this study observed and analyzed the existing drug addicts and rehabilitation personnel in H community.First of all,the author through visits to the anti-drug police and street office anti-drug officers,master the current H community anti-drug work mode,combined with the author ’s own professional social work knowledge,in the form of case work involved in community rehabilitation work.Secondly,the author establishes a professional relationship with the client,has an in-depth understanding of the client’s personal situation,family relationship and social needs,and formulates a targeted intervention and service plan.Finally,the author uses professional case skills,including interviews,records,data collection,planning and evaluation,to guide clients to discover their own work idealization problems and the root causes of family conflicts,so as to improve themselves,reshape their career outlook and ease them family relationship and smooth integration into society.Through the case experience : Firstly,help the service object to improve family relations and find a job smoothly;Secondly,case intervention can effectively integrate social work methods and anti-drug knowledge,and verify the unique advantages of case work in anti-drug social work.Thirdly,in the process of social rehabilitation work,we should strengthen the professional ability construction,improve the service guarantee platform,build an inclusive and accepting social environment and pay attention to the rehabilitation work after drug rehabilitation.Fourth,this study also has some shortcomings,such as the strength of social workers themselves is too weak,short cycle of drug control cases,but hope that through this study,can provide case reference for Z city drug control work,promote the development of community drug control work.
