Love In The Eyes Of Children Aged 5-6

Love,the highest of human emotions,is also an eternal pursuit.For young children,love is equally important and has important significance for their life growth.Montessori once proposed that "children are the father of adults",which means that adults should not forget their childhood,but should return to childhood to interpret children and create an environment suitable for their physical and mental development.In fact,children have a more innocent and broader understanding of love than adults.Therefore,this study attempts to explore children’s understanding of the philosophical theme of "love" from the perspective of children.In children’s feelings that do not add any utilitarianism,adults can once again experience and feel the simplicity and beauty of love beyond family love,recognize love anew,and learn from it the genuine,kind,and beautiful ways in which children interact with each other.Then,based on the presentation of the specific understanding of love among children aged 5-6,the characteristics of love among children aged 5-6 are summarized.The analysis of the characteristics of love among children aged 5-6 mainly includes four dimensions:First,in terms of cognition of love,young children have a specific and varied understanding of the connotation of love;Children’s understanding of love is related to their experiences of family life.Second,in terms of love experience,children see the experience of love as multidimensional;children’s feelings of negative emotions are ways of experiencing love.Third,in the expression of love,children’s expression of love is direct and simple;children find gender differences in the way they express love.Fourth,in other aspects of love,children think about big questions about love;children find themselves in the recognition of love.Finally,based on the analysis of the characteristics of love in the eyes of young children,it comes down to the section on reflections and suggestions on the practice of teaching love to young children,providing specific educational insights in five areas:letting love pour into educational details;using love to resolve negative emotions in young children;leading young children to experience different lives;implementing educational love according to gender;and giving young children the space to explore the issue of love.
