Research On The Cultivation Of Friendly Values Among College Students In The New Era

Nowadays,some urgent realistic problems emerge in our college students.At the ideological level,the intertwined collision of multiple cultures provides college students with a diversity of value choices,and at the same time makes such social trends as individualism,pan-entertainmentism,hedonism and historical nihilism quite influential among college students,and such phenomena as denigrating the mainstream,avoiding the noble and doubting the lofty ideals of communism are prominent.In terms of moral behavior,social hostility is rising,social anxiety is spreading in general,the lack of friendliness,moral slope,indifference to human feelings and other facts persist,and there are incidents of college students committing crimes and being cheated.Facing the various challenges and problems,the education of friendly has a long way to go.With the further cultivation of friendly values among college students as the starting point,it’s necessary to continue enhancing the ability of college students to cope with confusion and solve real-life problems in terms of moral quality and behavioral norms.To strengthen the guidance education of friendly values among college students is an important content and practical issue in the extensive practice of socialist core values,and it’s also the proper meaning of ideological and political theory courses to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education.This study takes the cultivation of friendly values among college students as the research object,adopts contradiction analysis method,interdisciplinary method,comparative research method,historical research method and other research methods,especially draws on the relevant theories and methodologies of ethics,sociology,psychology,education and other disciplines to assist in analyzing the problem,and follows the logic of "what is-the real situation-how to optimize".And expounds the cultivation of college students’ friendly values in four aspects: theoretical meaning,contemporary implication,reality and the road to optimization,in order to enrich the content system of the cultivation of college students’ friendly values and ensure the feasibility of the implementation of the optimization road.In the first chapter,in terms of theoretical tracing,this study examines the etymological meaning of words from historical investigation,and defines the concepts of friendliness,friendly values and friendly values cultivation;the great love idea of Marxist classical writers to liberate the whole mankind,the people-oriented value pursuit,the people-centered development idea and the ideas of benevolence and love of Confucianism,inaction of Taoism,and concurrent love of Mohism in the Chinese cultural lineage contain the rich theory of friendliness,which have laid the ideological and theoretical foundation for the guidance and cultivation of friendly values among college students.At the same time,it’s explained that the cultivation of friendly values should follow the principle of combining theory and practice,the principle of balancing dynamic and static,the principle of unifying the original with the new,and the principle of coordinating regulation and power change,taking into account theoretical accumulation and principle regulation.In the second chapter,with regard to the implication of the times,the objectives of cultivating students’ friendly values are to enhance the virtues of socialist citizens,build new socialist interpersonal relationships,cultivate and practice socialist core values,and cultivate new generations who can take up the responsibility of national rejuvenation and join the cause of modernization.Therefore,it’s important to cultivate the character of self-love and kindness among college students,to cultivate college students to be good to others,to be kind to each other and not to harm each other,to establish themselves and influence others,and to build a social governance system of common construction and sharing.To cultivate college students to be good to each other and write a symphony of cooperation and win-win situation together.To guide college students to establish the consciousness of respecting nature and to devote themselves to the practice of building a beautiful China,and to take the cultivation of being good to oneself,being good to others,being friendly to society and being good to nature as the important cultivation content.In the third chapter,in the current situation,stronger transmission of values,deeper cultivation methods and wider cultivation practices are important opportunities for the cultivation of friendly values among college students.In this study,we conducted an empirical study on the cultivation of friendly values among college students,and found from the sample analysis that the current cultivation has problems such as emphasis on theory rather than practice,insufficient adaptability of cultivation,and result-oriented cultivation.The these problems are closely related to the negative demonstration influence of the group,the optimization of the school’s friendly education,the complexity of the ideological encounter,and the shortcomings of self-cultivation,etc.In the future,we should pay more attention to the practical and adaptive education in the cultivation of college students’ friendly values,and avoid the result-oriented cultivation orientation.In the fourth chapter,with regard to the optimization of the path,the cultivation of friendly values among college students should take into account the unity of internal force and external action,and combine theoretical analysis and countermeasure paths with practical exploration and methodological innovation to improve the feasibility of the implementation of the optimized path.Based on the basic requirement of establishing moral education,the optimization path is proposed in four directions,including constructing a comprehensive friendly cultivation system,seeking the support of rituals and laws,optimizing the friendly social environment and improving the friendly guarantee system,so as to realize the transformation of friendly values from establishment to consolidation and internalization,and then to externalization in practice,and to enhance the effectiveness of friendly education for college students.
