| As people attach great importance to lifelong learning,continuing education has ushered in a golden period of rapid development.Therefore,a large number of third-party continuing education and training institutions have been derived,and B Education and Training Company is a typical representative.However,faced with sudden changes in industry policies,the impact of uncertainty from emergencies(such as public health emergencies),constantly increasing competitors and diversified market demands,B Education and Training Company‘s core business segments(namely,cadre training business and academic education and training business)are severely challenged.Based on this,how to comprehensively analyze and grasp the current internal and external environment and implement business transformation is a practical problem urgently to be solved by B Education and Training Company,and also the core issue studied in this paper.Therefore,on the basis of sorting out the theoretical research related to strategic management and business transformation,Using single case longitudinal research method and business transformation analysis tools(―PEST‖ external environment analysis,Porter‘s five forces analysis model and ―SWOT‖ matrix analysis),the development history,main business,business strategy,existing problems and the environment faced by business transformation of B Education and Training Company are analyzed in detail.And further put forward B education and training company business transformation strategy and implementation path.Specifically,B Education and Training Company should adhere to the business transformation strategy of―focusing on management training business,vigorously developing vocational training business,optimizing education training business,and reducing cadre training business‖,and implement transformation path from six aspects: business concept,product development,customer expansion,market development,marketing promotion and digital construction.In addition,this paper also from the management system,organizational structure,corporate culture,talent team and capital security five aspects of the process of business transformation safeguards.The research content and conclusions of this paper not only help B Education and Training Company to carry out business transformation,but also enrich the theoretical discussion on how to carry out business transformation in the face of environmental changes,and provide theoretical guidance for enterprise transformation. |
