Chongqing Nanshan Road Smart Sports Community National Fitness Public Service Supply Model Research

Under the multiple backgrounds of national policy support,big data technology development,and increasingly diversified needs of the masses for national fitness,community national fitness supply has ushered in a transformation and development,and is forming a synergistic supply pattern led by the government,with the participation of market and social forces.At this stage,the promotion of intelligent sports community construction has significantly improved the level of public service supply of community fitness,and the supply mode has achieved a certain degree of wisdom and networking.However,the application of "smart+" construction thinking in the supply of national fitness public services is not deep;the supply lags behind the demand and lacks the ability to discover the demand;the mechanism of national fitness service supply process fails to integrate effectively with information technology and other problems are shown one by one.Therefore,in the post-epidemic era,how to embed digital technology more reasonably and effectively to enhance the supply capacity of community fitness services and promote the collaborative supply of multiple subjects is of practical research significance.Based on the above discussion,through the combing of related literature,this paper firstly sorts out the current situation of domestic and foreign researches on smart sports community,community smart sports,community public service of national fitness,and community public service supply mode of national fitness,and defines the relevant concepts of this paper’s research.Under the concept of supplying to meet the needs of the masses,this paper takes the new public service theory as the theoretical support and selects the first smart sports community in Chongqing-Nanshan Road community as the research object.Through the research and analysis,we found that the community has formed a multi-network collaborative national fitness service supply mode,and the level of community national fitness service supply has been improved,which shows that the construction of community sports facilities tends to be improved,the content of national fitness service supply is constantly enriched,the national fitness intelligent service platform is strongly built,the national fitness service guarantee mechanism is constantly improved,and a new mode of community national fitness service management is opened.However,it was also found that there was a lack of awareness among the residents of smart sports.However,it is also found that there are problems such as residents’ vague knowledge of smart sports community,slow process of "six sides" of mass sports,general evaluation of national fitness supply effect,and insufficient matching of national fitness supply and demand.Then,through the analysis of the current situation of supply and demand of public services for national fitness in Nanshan Road Smart Sports Community in practice,the SFIC collaborative governance model is used as the theoretical basis to analyze the roles of government,market,social organizations and individual residents in the collaborative process from four aspects,including starting conditions,catalytic leadership,institutional design and collaborative process,and to sort out the starting conditions of multiple subjects in the collaborative supply process.In the process of collaborative supply,there is a gap between the starting conditions and the unstable foundation of synergy;the catalytic leadership is weak and the guidance and incentive are limited;the system design is defective and the management goal is alienated;the synergy process is poor and the communication platform is barrier;the synergy effect is poor and it is difficult to meet the demand.The supply of national fitness public services in smart sports communities is a complex system project.From the real situation of collaborative supply of national fitness public services in Nanshan Road smart sports communities,multiple subjects such as the government,market,social organizations and residents are important forces in the supply of national fitness public services.The government plays a leading and coordinating role in the collaborative supply,and the market,social organizations and individual residents must also raise their awareness of collaborative supply and work together to improve the national fitness service capacity.In the choice of the optimization path,we should cultivate the spirit of network symbiosis and consolidate the initial conditions;sublimate the spirit of organizational chain and strengthen the catalytic leadership;clarify the roles of all parties and innovate the system design;strengthen the communication and coordination mechanism and optimize the synergistic process;and integrate the high-quality resources of sports to enhance the synergistic effect.
