Music as a kind of emotional education,is an important way to implement aesthetic education,students in the classroom for music art experience is particularly important,so how to make students in the music class have complete music experience and aesthetic experience,is we need thinking,in the author will apply experiential teaching to middle school music class,to improve the students for the experience of music.The concept of experience is explained accordingly in pedagogy.One is to take experience as the way of student learning,namely experiential learning;the other is the mode of teacher teaching activities,namely experiential teaching.Experiential teaching is centered on students ’learning experience.Under the specific teaching objectives,teachers follow the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development,and enable students to internalize their emotions through music experience and obtain emotional sublimation through experiential teaching.Experiential teaching is different from traditional teaching methods.It is a process that focuses on obtaining direct experience through students’ personal practice and experience,and makes students understand the true meaning behind music learning through experience activities.This paper is based on Pestellozzi’s educational thought,and Pei’s educational thought advocates emphasizing emotional education,practice,intuitive experience and subjective,experience and interaction,so the two are combined for music practice.The thesis is divided into four parts: the introduction describes the research background,research purpose and significance,existing research results and research methods;the second part explains the concept of experiential teaching and the connotation of experiential teaching based on the educational thought;the third part describes the process of experiential teaching application to explore the problems in the music class;the fourth part summarizes the value and future prospect of experiential teaching application in middle school music class.
