Experiential teaching refers to reconstructing the teaching content through simulation in the teaching process and restoring the teaching content partially or wholly by letting the students experience it.This teaching method requires teachers to design and simulate scientific research in the process of teaching so as to guide students to study the contents and related issues in a scientific way,so that students can establish a space for independent thinking and exploration,and grasp the knowledge learned,cultivate students' creativity and innovative spirit through active exploration,active thinking and active practice.In order to apply experiential teaching to music teaching in middle schools,the author puts forward a main scheme through various investigations and summaries: introducing popular elements into teaching activities properly,and being good at using multi-media and other assistant tools to simulate teaching situations,according to the basic principles of experiential teaching,emphasizing simulation and experience,developing music teaching content to students,in order to achieve higher requirements of feeling and experience.At present,music appreciation classes in senior high schools are still based on "textbooks",using traditional knowledge-based indoctrination to carry out teaching,ignoring students' enthusiasm for music.Therefore,in music appreciation class,we should adopt a multi-cultural attitude and use "experiential teaching" mode to carry out music appreciation teaching in senior high school.In "experiential teaching",teachers are no longer the main body of the classroom,and students are the main body of the new teaching method,so that students canactively participate in classroom activities,thereby improving students' problem-solving ability.After the integration and analysis of experiential teaching theory,the author combines his own teaching practice experience in Shouguang No.5 Middle School,introduces case analysis method to conduct in-depth research on the situation of experiential teaching in music appreciation course of high school,and uses specific cases to verify the effectiveness of experiential teaching method in music appreciation course of high school.In this paper,literature research and comprehensive analysis methods are used to analyze the significance of using experiential teaching mode in music teaching in senior high schools.Secondly,specific countermeasures are put forward on how to realize thescientific application of experiential teaching mode.Specifically,this paper consists of six chapters: The first chapter mainly elaborates the background,research significance and methods of the paper,and summarizes the previous scholars.The second section explains what is experiential teaching and the preconditions and measures of implementing experiential teaching;the third chapter further elaborates the reasons why experiential teaching is introduced into music appreciation course in senior high school;the fourth section mainly analyses the application of experiential teaching in music appreciation class through specific teaching cases,and further elaborates the effectiveness of experiential teaching.Chapter 5 puts forward relevant suggestions for introducing experiential teaching into music appreciation classes;Chapter 6 is the conclusion.After the study,the author concludes that experiential teaching can enhance students' interest in music and the teaching effect of music appreciation course in senior high school,which is very beneficial to the cultivation of students' music appreciation ability and self-learning ability.
