| The cultivation of subject core literacy is an important goal and direction of curriculum reform,among which the visual imagination literacy,one of the six core literacy of high school mathematics,has always been the focus of education research.With the launch of "Education Informationization 2.0 Action Plan",IT integration courses have gradually become a trend.At present,the research on how to cultivate visual imagination literacy through information technology is still in the exploratory stage,and GeoGebra can well meet the practical needs of visual imagination literacy development.In view of this,this study first investigated the current situation of students’ visual imagination ability in senior high school,and found the existing problems in teaching and learning of visual imagination.Then,taking compulsory Mathematics Course 1 of senior high school as the knowledge carrier,it constructed effective teaching design with the help of GeoGebra,and conducted practical teaching to cultivate students’ visual imagination ability.Through questionnaire and test paper survey on students and interviews with teachers,this study draws the following conclusions: Although students in Grade one have some geometric and intuitive ability,they are weak in graphic description and logical reasoning,and their intuitive imagination ability is at the second level.Most students have high expectations for integrating information technology into teaching.In teaching,although teachers can realize the influence of visual imagination ability on students’ achievement,they do not have a deep understanding of the applicability of information technology and lack of reference materials to cultivate visual imagination.Although we hold a positive attitude towards using information technology to cultivate students’ visual imagination literacy,it is contrary to the use of information technology in actual teaching,which leads to the visual imagination literacy of senior high school students has not been well cultivated.Based on the current situation of the cultivation of visual imagination ability,this study selected and analyzed the teaching content of senior high school students,combined the cognitive load theory and audio-visual teaching theory,proposed four teaching design principles,and finally constructed the GeoGebra assisted teaching design case,which was integrated into the experimental study.A 4-month controlled teaching experiment was conducted in the senior grade of H High School in Xinyang City.After comparing the post-test experiment data of the experimental group and the control group,the experimental conclusion was finally drawn: using GeoGebra to assist the senior grade math class has a practical effect on improving students’ intuitive imagination ability.With GeoGebra assisted teaching,students’ spatial imagination ability,graphic perception ability,image description ability,and mathematical model construction ability have been improved.Students’ enthusiasm and classroom efficiency have been improved in the process of using GeoGebra dynamic function teaching. |
