A Study On The Personality Characteristics Of Secondary School Volleyball Second-teamers

As the soul of the team,the setter must not only have good physical fitness,excellent technical and tactical level to be competent in the game,but also have excellent psychological qualities.The character characteristics of the setter are the key to determining whether they are competent in the game.The core of the moment,so the study of the character characteristics of volleyball setters is particularly important.This article uses the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,taking the players participating in the National Middle School Volleyball League as the survey object,with the help of the "WT Athlete Personality Measurement Table" and the self-developed "National Middle School Student Volleyball League II" The Character Questionnaire of the Passing Players investigates and analyzes the basic situation,personality characteristics and influencing factors of middle school students,and further explores the relationship between the influencing factors and the character characteristics of middle school students.On this basis,the countermeasures for cultivating the character of outstanding middle school volleyball setters are put forward.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The study firstly used the literature method to sort out the relevant literature on the study of athletes’ personality traits.It was found that the research on this aspect of sports psychology of professional athletes has been very adequate,so the study further enriched the theoretical research on the scientific selection of volleyball second passers from the theoretical point of view and promoted the depth and refinement of the research on volleyball athletes’ personality traits in the field of sports psychology.(2)Through questionnaire survey method and expert interview method,we investigated and analyzed the character traits of secondary school student second passers,and compared and analyzed the character traits of volleyball second passers of different levels and genders,on this basis,we explored the factors affecting the character traits of secondary school student volleyball second passers,and found out the regular characteristics of the character traits of secondary school student volleyball second passers..(3)To make full use of the positive influence of the campus environment,teammates,coaches,referees and opponents on the character traits of athletes,and to adopt different means to guide athletes to form good and appropriate character traits according to their actual situation.Accordingly,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide a basis for the selection of secondary school volleyball second passers and to provide reference advice for future training games.
