| In the new era,young people in China shoulder the historical responsibility of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and they should strive to grow into newcomers of the times with ideals,abilities and responsibilities.Colleges and universities are the main positions for cultivating newcomers of the times,so we must deeply study how to cultivate newcomers of the times.In the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to make good use of red resources and give full play to their educational function.Therefore,it is urgent to integrate red resources into the cultivation of newcomers of the times in colleges and universities.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to carry out the research on educating people with red resources.On the basis of expounding the connotations of red resources and newcomers of the times,this study analyzes the basic characteristics of red resources,and analyzes the characteristics of newcomers of the times from five aspects: ideals and beliefs,value orientation,cultural background,mental state,ability and accomplishment.Then,it expounds the theoretical basis of this research from three aspects: the theory of man’s all-round development,the Communist Party of China(CPC)people’s theoretical contribution to educating people with red resources and their important exposition on cultivating newcomers of the times.This study makes clear the significance of integrating red resources into the cultivation of new people in the college era.This paper investigates the present situation of the integration of red resources into the cultivation of newcomers in Yunnan colleges and universities.This study found that the concept of using red resources to cultivate newcomers in Yunnan universities has been continuously strengthened,the goal has been continuously clarified,the content and form have been continuously enriched,and the atmosphere has gradually become rich.These are good educational achievements.However,due to the insufficient exploitation and utilization of red resources in colleges and universities,the formalization of the practical activities of educating people with red resources in colleges and universities,the lack of innovation in the methods of educating people and the imperfect incentive mechanism,etc.In the process of cultivation,a series of problems have arisen,such as the content system needs to be improved,the practical effect needs to be improved,the ways and means need to be innovated and the subject’s enthusiasm needs to be improved.Combining closely with the reality of educating people and the problem that red resources are currently integrated into the cultivation of newcomers of the times.This study holds that "curriculum education" is the main channel.Colleges and universities should integrate red resources into ideological and political courses and "curriculum ideological and political education" to create characteristic courses."Practical education" is the key link.Colleges and universities should actively carry out practical activities of experience,academic thinking and social investigation."Network education" is a new means.Colleges and universities should make good use of network media,create a red resource network,make good use of online social platforms and select online education content."Cultural education" is an important measure.Colleges and universities should create a good educational atmosphere from the aspects of campus material and cultural construction,red literary and artistic activities and red party group activities,and schools,society and families should work together to create a red educational atmosphere."Management education" is a powerful guarantee.Colleges and universities should establish an incentive mechanism,a collaborative mechanism and a feedback mechanism for integrating red resources into the cultivation of new people in the times. |
