The 2017 edition of Chemistry Curriculum Standard for senior high school advocates the “literature-oriented” teaching in chemistry classroom,and proposes the core literacy of chemistry including “scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness”.The development of discipline ability is an important link to cultivate the core literacy of chemistry.Carrying out chemistry discipline ability activities can provide students with the transformation path from knowledge to ability to literacy.How to design innovative experiments to develop students’ innovative thinking,how to use inquiry experiments to cultivate students’ chemistry subject ability,and how to evaluate students’ ability development level are exactly the directions worth exploring.Based on the first-line classroom,this study carries out exploratory experimental teaching research to promote the development of students’ ability of chemistry subject.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of literature related to chemistry experiment teaching,scientific inquiry teaching and ability of chemistry subject,the development history,research status and theoretical basis are clarified,and the relevant cases and empirical studies are few.Interviews and questionnaires were used to obtain data for front-line chemistry teachers in high school,indicating the feasibility of developing students’ subject ability through inquiry experiments,and clarifying the research direction.(2)According to the curriculum standards,conduct content analysis on the topic of “chemical equilibrium”,and summarize the content requirements,academic requirements,suggestions on learning activities and situational materials of this part;By referring to the three textbooks of the Humanistic Edition,Luke Edition and Su Edition,a comparative analysis was carried out on the content of “chemical equilibrium”,comparing the number of experiments,types of experiments,experimental diagrams and the content that students must do experiments.By analyzing the textbooks,teaching objectives and key contents were grasped to provide support for the reconstruction of case experiments.(3)With the theme of “chemical equilibrium” as the object,the results of experimental improvement and experimental teaching research were sorted out,and the content structure of three groups of experiments,“Factors affecting the movement of chemical equilibrium”,“hydrolysis of salts and its application”,“neutralization titration and its application of strong acids and bases”,were reconstructed.The innovative design of “chemical equilibrium” experiment teaching was completed.(4)Sorted out the principles of inquiry experiment teaching design to promote the development of chemistry subject ability,constructed the process framework of inquiry experiment teaching design to promote the development of chemistry subject ability,and designed the reconstructed “chemical equilibrium” inquiry experiment into chemistry subject activity based on the principles and process of teaching design.(5)Set up experimental class and contrast class,carry out case teaching in experimental class,and carry out routine experimental teaching in contrast class.Practice shows that inquiry experiment teaching to promote the development of chemistry ability can not only effectively arouse students’ interest in learning and enthusiasm for inquiry,help students to experience rigorous and realistic scientific attitude,but also effectively improve students’ ability of practical,transfer and innovation.
