The report of the 20th Party Congress calls for promoting high-quality development of education,developing quality education and promoting educational equity.It can be seen that promoting comprehensive and high quality basic education is the basic direction and important task of current education reform and development.Under the guidance of the Party Central Committee,the "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" clearly puts forward the "core literacy of geography",so that the core literacy-oriented curriculum objectives are formally established,providing a new guiding direction for primary and secondary education.Obviously,under the background of national education quality development and new curriculum reform,new and higher requirements have been put forward for secondary school geography teaching.The geography teaching in the new era advocates more students’ active participation,independent inquiry,practical exercise in real situations,and more pursuit of letting every student develop actively and vividly.However,the phenomenon of students’ passive acceptance is common in actual teaching,and there is still a lack of opportunities for students’ independent inquiry,cooperative inquiry and learning in real situations,and the ways and means for students’ core literacy cultivation to take root are far from adequate.In addition,the city of Zhongshan,where this paper was conducted,has its own uniqueness.Zhongshan City is located in the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area,and as a frontier region of reform and opening up,its economic strength is becoming stronger and stronger by virtue of its "one town,one product" economic development model and superior geographic location,which has attracted a large number of outstanding talents from home and abroad and opened up a promising new world for the development of education,and its educational development dynamics The development of education has a certain significance and reference value for the whole country.As an important supplement and extension of traditional geography classroom teaching,the second classroom of high school geography is more flexible in time,place and form,which can make up for the shortage of traditional classroom teaching,implement quality education and help the national education develop with high quality.Under the above background,combined with the characteristics of high school geography,this study attempts to construct a second classroom activity model of high school geography,and conducts case design and practical research accordingly.Firstly,through the literature research method,we understand the current status of domestic and foreign research on the second classroom of high school geography,and sort out the research lineage of the second classroom and the second classroom of high school geography.Secondly,through questionnaire survey method,practical teaching method,and research interview method,we conducted statistical analysis on the current situation of the second classroom of high school geography in Zhongshan City and the problems in the process of development,and conducted strategy research on typical problems.Then,the case design and practice of the second classroom of high school geography were carried out by using independent internship opportunities,in an attempt to provide an effective reference for the design and practice of the second classroom of high school geography,as a way to promote the development of students’ core literacy and assist in implementing the requirements of core literacy training.The main framework of this study is divided into the following parts: Chapter 1 is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,research ideas and methods of this paper.Chapter 2 is the definition of concepts and theoretical foundation,which briefly introduces the current status of research on the second classroom and the second classroom of geography at home and abroad,the related concepts and relevant theories involved.Chapter 3 is a survey on the current situation of the second classroom of high school geography based on disciplinary core literacy background,and this chapter introduces in detail the questionnaire respondents,the survey process and the survey results.Chapter 4 is the case design and practice of the second classroom of high school geography based on core literacy.This chapter designs three cases of activities in the second classroom of high school geography and carries out the relevant case practice.Chapter 5 is the significance,problems and suggestions of the second classroom of high school geography.This chapter summarizes and analyzes the meaning of developing the second classroom of high school geography,and puts forward suggestions for reference in view of the existing problems in reality.Finally,the conclusion and outlook of the paper are presented,which mainly put forward the shortcomings of this study and the future research directions.After the study,the conclusions and results obtained from this paper are mainly three: first,the second classroom of high school geography has unique advantages of literacy cultivation compared with traditional classroom teaching;second,the current situation of carrying out the second classroom of high school geography faces many problems and challenges;third,the second classroom activity model of high school geography is constructed by combining core literacy auxiliary.
