"What kind of person to train" and "how to train people" have always been the fundamental issues of education.School curricula in the basic education stage are the carriers to fulfill the fundamental task of Li De Shu Ren,and geography lessons in senior high schools are no exception.Geography discipline condenses the core geographic literacy model,which becomes a specific way to implement the fundamental task of Li De Shu Ren in high school geography classroom.At present,how to cultivate students' core geographic literacy in class is a question for every geographic educator to think about.The new requirements of college entrance examination for students' geographic literacy are constantly improving.To improve students' geographic literacy comprehensively in limited classroom teaching time means that the form of classroom teaching should be changed and the method should be more effective.However,the classroom time is only 40 minutes.How to effectively impart relevant knowledge and cultivate students' geographic literacy is what every teacher needs to think and study.Whether the goal of quality education,the concept of new curriculum,or the development of students,all require changing the traditional teaching methods and improving classroom efficiency.What kind of lessons are good,how to evaluate the classroom effectively,and what kind of evaluation can promote teachers to improve and improve teaching work? From traditional,subjective and experiential listening and evaluation to digital,standardized and measurable classroom teaching observation,the project of "Construction and Practice of Multivariate and Interactive Teaching Evaluation System",the first prize of national teaching achievement in basic education,has changed not only the classroom,but also the ecology of education and the future of the country.The Internet and big data are triggering a new revolution in education.Using the Internet and big data technology to carry out teaching evaluation can make teaching evaluation more scientific and objective,which will help to improve the quality of running schools and promote the sustainable development of education.The main object of this study is: the teaching effect of rural high school geography classroom,and to investigate and study it.The object of study is the geography classroom of Erling Senior High School in Danyang City,Jiangsu Province,which provides some reference for improving the effective classroom teaching of rural senior high schools.Teachers' participation in classroom observation is of great significance in promoting teachers' teaching reflection,improving the effectiveness of listening and evaluation,enhancing the effectiveness of classroom teaching and improving teachers' teaching level.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which analyses the research background,research status,research purpose,significance and research methods of digital classroom observation.The second part is the introduction of digital classroom observation tools.The third part uses digital classroom observation to conduct case study from the aspect of teacher-student interaction,compares advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.The fourth part is to use digital classroom observation to carry out case study from the aspect of professional expression behavior,find out the gap between our school's geography classroom and backbone teachers' efficient classroom,and put forward suggestions for improvement.The fifth part is the summary and Prospect of the research on digital classroom teaching,which summarizes the research to a certain extent,and reflects on the shortcomings of this paper.Through the case study of digital classroom observation,this paper observes the gap between our geography teachers and excellent teachers in classroom teaching from the perspectives of teacher-student interaction behavior and professional expression behavior,finds out the weaknesses of our geography teachers,puts forward some suggestions for improvement,and strives to improve the efficiency of rural geography classroom.Our classroom now is not only to know how much subject knowledge the teachers have taught the students,but more importantly,what ways teachers can use to cultivate students' learning ability,implement the core geographic literacy,and effectively improve classroom efficiency.
