Research On Integrating The Great Party-building Spirit Into The Ideological And Political Education Of College Student

The great party-building spirit is the source of the spirit of the Communist Party of China,and it is also the spiritual motive force to encourage college students to work hard.College students are the hope of the nation,the future of the Motherland,is in the establishment of life goals,choose the future direction of the key period,its ideological and political literacy will be directly related to the Chinese Dream of the Chinese Dream.The great party-building spirit contains rich elements of ideological and political education,which can be integrated into the ideological and political education of college students,not only to demonstrate the Marxist theory with the times,it can also inject fresh blood into the ideological and political education of college students,which is beneficial to the implementation of the fundamental task of setting up morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities.This paper comprehensively utilizes methods such as literature analysis,text analysis,questionnaire survey,on-site observation,and in-depth interviews to explore the path of integrating the great spirit of party building into the ideological and political education of college students in multiple aspects.On the basis of summarizing and referring to the research achievements of the great party-building spirit by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper probes into the generating logic and rich connotation of the great party-building spirit,it also makes a detailed analysis of the feasibility of its integration into the ideological and political education of college students from three aspects: educational goal,educational content and educational resources.This paper also explores the best way to integrate the great party-building spirit into the ideological and political education of college students through empirical research.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of school category and level,this paper investigates the present situation of ideological and political education of university students in Wuhan with the great party-building spirit.Based on the “ Three-body-one elements”of the ideological and political education process,the investigation is carried out in five dimensions: integration consciousness,content,method,path and effect.The statistical results show that when the great party-building spirit is integrated into education,Wuhan universities have taken measures such as establishing professional organizations,carrying out special academic activities,carefully compiling ideological and political theory courses and enriching the forms of students’ activities,etc.,and in the ideological awareness of college students love the party and patriotism,learning to train the initiative of consciousness,a new way of learning the history of the party and motivation of the inexhaustible power to achieve greater results.However,there are still some deficiencies in the integration of ideological and political education,the prominence of local characteristics,the application of integration carrier and the presentation of integration effectiveness.The main reasons are as follows: the awareness of integration is not strong,the channels of integration are limited,the resources of education with local characteristics are difficult to tap,and the complex social environment brings challenges.After theoretical analysis and empirical investigation,this paper focuses on five channels: relying on the teaching construction of ideological and political course,improving the actual effect of individual study,strengthening the extensive publicity of schools,consolidating the foundation of school-community cooperation and applying modern information technology,to achieve the great party spirit of teaching integration,individual integration,environmental integration,social integration and virtual integration.By means of indoctrination,elicitation and practical education,college students’ understanding of the great party-building spirit is internalized in their hearts and externalized in their deeds,so as to enhance the effectiveness of the great party-building spirit in the ideological and political education of college students.
